The small old house was beautifully furnished and renovated with attention to detail. The kitchen utensils are in top condition, everything is like new. All spaces are super clean. On the terrace you can end the evening with a glass of wine. It is completely fenced and protected from view. The car can be parked directly behind the house. Unfortunately, the street is very noisy, because there is a lot of traffic, but at night it was quieter. We slept wonderfully on our stopover to the Gironde. Clear recommendation.

Phenomenal in every way. Location, details, tranquility, proximity to the castles of the area and charming cities and towns. 100% recommended. We have no words to thank the host Cécile for the effort she made to ensure that before we arrived, the land was completely fenced in so we could stay with our dog. Loïc’s house is excellent and exactly as described. The pool is lovely. It’s good to have the barbecue. We cycled every day parts of the Loire velo route. On bike it’s only 40’ to the centre of Orleans. Loic himself was very helpful and communicated quickly

Cécile's cottage is ideally located in a natural setting, in the middle of unspoiled nature. The presence of his superb horses in the neighboring field, very discreet, does not spoil anything! It's a really peaceful house where you can find everything you need for a pleasant time. The beds are comfortable , the kitchen is very well equipped , books , games , a stove to warm up . The decor is cute . The pool is well heated and large . The garden is beautiful!! Very well maintained and there is an enchanted atmosphere with animals and water points. Our kids loved the little houseboat and my son is more than happy to have been able to fish . Thank you for your hospitality and kindness . We want to come back next time .

I cannot recommend this home more. Arnaud was the most welcoming host, inviting us to dine with his family and learn about the history of the house. He was thoughtful and kind. I wish we’d had more time to talk! I know that we’ll be back. The weather was typical Loire spring (on and off rain, hot afternoons followed by cool evenings) and I’d love to come again and spend even longer here. I didn’t get enough of the gardens and walking along the property. It’s also so easy to get to anywhere you need to go for riding bikes or visiting cathedrals or chateaux. I can’t recommend it enough!

We spent 2 nights in Saint Viatre in a peaceful and spacious environment. Fabienne's mother is really adorable, Fabienne was very responsive, nothing to say. I was even able to fish in their pond. Our dog was the happiest with this beautiful property. I highly recommend it for relaxing and having a pleasant stay in Sologne. Once again, thank you for everything!

A great and beautiful apartment...everything as advertised...I spent 30 great days and was able to get to know all of central and northern France with the comfort of being well settled. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Moulin de Presly, Virginie welcomed us with great kindness and simplicity. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the tranquility of the place - a real break in time, with the ponds and geese adding to the change of scenery - the accommodation is very clean and cozy... The stay went very well. The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and located in a pleasant setting next to a small castle. The oranjerie is a real plus, perfect for relaxing. François is a friendly host. An address to keep in mind.

Geneviève and her family have made a beautiful space with huge volumes very neat. The park is superb with a view of rich and preserved fauna and flora. Just returned from a short stay at a truly unique and historic manor house tucked in the French countryside. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like stepping back in time. The host has beautifully preserved the original interiors—complete with antique furnishings and fabric-covered walls—giving the home so much character and charm. The kitchen, however, is thoughtfully updated and well-stocked with everything needed to cook wonderful meals while soaking in the beauty of the setting. We wish we had more time to simply relax and take it all in!
