Apartamenteste intim, cu tot ce este necesar si este pozitionat excelent, cu vedere frontala la mare si parc si cativa pasi pana la plaja. zona este linistita si se ajunge usor in centru in zona de restaurante. Am colaborat cu mama Miei, care este o doamna foarte draguta, iar Mia ne-a dat instructiuni foarte detaliate cum sa ajungem cu masina.

Престоя беше чудесен:) Като започнем от комуникацията : Мирена отговаря бързо, обяснява подробно и е дружелюбна. Също е много разбирателна! Мястото е точно като на снимките - красиво, чисто, подредено и близо до плажа и магазинчета. Има всичко нужно( дори малко повече ) - кухненски уреди/пособия, осигурени базови подправки/оливерник, различни възглавници, … Мога да препоръчам без да се замисля:)

The pool area was a highlight for us, providing plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. The kids especially loved the pools, and there was always a comfortable spot to relax by the water. Poloha bola super ,pár krokov od mora . Ubytovanie tiež super , dobre vybavená kuchyňa, práčka , vlastný dvor. Len jeden mínus, v izbe na 3 poschodí nebola klimatizácia ale ináč všetko OK. Môžem len odporučiť.

Rewelacyjny kontakt z Ivanem. Gospodarz zainteresowany nami oraz jak potrzeba to reaguje. Zawsze chciałbym wynajmować u takich osób jak Ivan. Co do samego apartamentu, to jest dokładnie jak na zdjęciach w 100 spełnia moje oczekiwania. Zapewne znów go odwiedzimy!!!!

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Апартамрнта е чист и спретнат, в невероятен 5 звезден комплекс, на Източния плаж в Св.Влас. Силно препоръчвам.

Eine saubere und ruhige Anlage Pool wurde täglich gereinigt Das Apartment geräumig mit zwei Bädern, Dusche und Badewanne Zwei Klimaanlagen und ein Balkon Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer Fußläufig zum Meer und Restaurants Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Für das Geld definitiv nichts falsch gemacht

Anton's apartment is exactly as described. Close to several beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The location is right on the sea front and within a quiet complex. Anton's Dad met us for check-in, gave us a comprehensive overview of the town & surrounding area and a welcome drink. The area is also very safe, we had no problem walking around after dark. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Many thanks Anton and Dimitri 🙂

The room is in the best place, everything close: beach, shops, old town, etc. The lady of the accommodation will answer immediately, extremely kind! The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. The view from the terrace is beautiful. I highly recommend the accommodation because you feel extremely good here! Sorry for my bad English :-)

Зручне розташування квартири. Миттєві відповіді господаря на повідомлення. Там затишно і тихо. Чудові та чисті дві кімнати, де є все що потрібно. Ми відпочивали вдвох, але є місце для 3 чи 4 осіб. Насправді, квартира набагато краща ніж на рекламних фотографіях! Комфортне велике ліжко. Всім задоволена і рекомендую вам обрати це житло! Майже поряд море з НАЙКРАЩИМ пляжем в цьому регіоні! За вісім хвилин від будинку через дюни ми ходили в магазин "Жанет" купувати собі продукти. В Старе Місто Несебар їздили автобусом номер два. Їхати лише шість хвилин. Відправляється з зупинки "Чорно море". Бажаю всім гарного відпочинку у гостинного господаря. З повагою Ніна

Житло яке ми знімали, нам дуже сподобалося. Магазин та дитячий майданчик прям у дворі. До моря 2-3 хв пішки. Також поряд прогулянкова набережна. Все що зазначено, є у помешканні. Дуже чисто. Також, Taisiya зустріла нас на зупинці та провела до житла. Велике дякую, нам дуже сподобалося!

Me and sis have been pleasantly surprised with this trip. Great accommodation with first sea line, lovely people, amazing food and historic old town of Nesebar was definitely worth to go. Apartment was clean and private, big balcony with gorgeous view. We will be back❣️

l appartement est grand et pratique, les 2 lits sont super confortables. la piscine de l immeuble est super Daniela est très reactive, nous avons passé 1 très bon moment !

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

For us it was the ideal place. Spacious and with everything we needed. Coffee maker, fridge, AC and internet. An unexpected bonus was the smart TV on which I could mirror the contents of my phone. The shop downstairs is also a bonus as you don't have to go who knows where for a pack of cigarettes or something. I recommend!
