Holiday rentals with beach access in Nessebar

It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable studio right by the beach - you can hear the waves and watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee! Amazing location next to great restaurants and cute little bakeries, walkable to all local amenities, including a full service spa centre with mineral clay and other health-focused options. Elizabeth is an amazing host who greeted us with a complementary bottle of wine and made sure we had an unforgettable experience with great recommendations and excellent communication. Loved every minute of our time in Pomorie and are looking forward to coming back again.

This is a great apartment with the most lovely view over the sea. Oleg was a wonderful host, and gave clear instructions for check in. He was in contact throughout my stay, and helped me with check out. The shops and Lidl are 15-20 minutes walk away, with the bus and taxi stations also right outside the door. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this place, and I will miss the sound of the sea every day! Thank you Oleg! :)

I highly recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A crib was brought on request. Viktor was very kind and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby is a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back!

Clean, tidy, large and green area . The place is a positive experience.

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

Such a perfect stay in summer! The Paradise Dreams complex is a great quiet place for a family with children. There are 3 pools and beautiful gardens inside. Close location to the seaside. Also a big plus is a public bus stop nearby, that takes you to Sunny Beach and Nessebar within 15-30 minutes. The apartment itself is really comfortable for living! There was a microwave, clothes washer and everything you need for your everyday routine. Extremely responsive and kind host. Highly recommend!

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

Sehr biges Appartamnet, gros am Pool gelegene Terasse. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

I had a wonderful stay at this appartment! It was impeccably clean and had a lovely fresh scent that made it feel very welcoming. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
