Waterfront holiday rentals in Nerja

Magnifique logement dans un endroit sublime et calme. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle. Tout le nécessaire est dans l'appartement pour se sentir comme à la maison. Endroit propice au repos, ce que nous recherchions. Super spot de plongée où l'on peut se faire plaisir juste avec masque et tuba. Voiture indispensable, prévoir de faire quelques courses avant d'arriver car l'endroit est excentré, mais c'est pour cela qu'il est si paisible ! Merci à Carmen pour son accueil et ses conseils, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wat een fantastische Plek! Het uitzicht is waanzinnig en je zit er helemaal privé zonder buren. Ook waren er regelmatig dolfijnen te spotten vanaf het terras. Het appartement is ruim en zeer aangenaam voor 2 personen. Ruime keuken en badkamer en fijne slaapkamer. Elmar is een top host. Hij communiceerde heel vriendelijk en was altijd bereikbaar. Ook deelde hij meerdere tips over de omgeving met leuke restaurants of strandjes die we meerdere keren gebruikt hebben. We komen graag weer terug!

Este es un bonito apartamento en una ubicación maravillosa. La decoración y la distribución son muy buenas, los electrodomésticos y accesorios de cocina buenos y los muebles geniales. La cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. El pequeño patio era muy agradable para desayunar o simplemente sentarse y leer. José fue muy receptivo y nos ayudó durante toda la estancia. Tuvimos una visita estupenda y nos aseguraremos de volver.

Holiday apartment with the comfort of home - we stayed for a month. Super place with stunning coastal and mountain views. The apartment is well equipped for longer stays but if you’re tall please note there is a low beam in one bedroom (ok if you’re not 6ft). Couple of issues arose during our stay but quick response by Christian to resolve. Easy, friendly, and helpful chap for correspondence.

The house is beautiful, it’s tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, and the views over Nerja and Torrox are stunning. You can sit up in bed and look out over the ocean in the morning, and watch the moonlight of an evening in complete peace. Lots of really helpful info and recommendations. The Casa Joya app was incredibly helpful and we used it to find everything we needed. Throughout our stay Lisa was friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant host!! We did not hire a car and got about on the buses and by walking along the beach into Nerja. The beach is on your doorstep and it was calm with lots of Spanish people enjoying the sun. If you prefer the pool the communal area is spotlessly clean and peaceful, we loved it. I would return to Casa Joya and Nerja in a heartbeat. Perfekte Lage mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Wir haben uns in Rickards Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat zwei kleine und zur Meer und Straßenseite angewandte Schlafzimmer. Dadurch sind diese angenehm kühl und vor allem ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist neu und sehr schön. Wir hätten uns ein Bidet gewünscht, aber die große bodentiefe Dusche macht dies wett. Der Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich ist sehr groß. Die Küche enthält alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Wasser, einer Flasche Cava und einigen Softdrinks gefüllt. Eine Aufmerksamkeit, die uns vier sehr gut gefiel. Danke Rickard und Lena! Das tollste war für uns jedoch die Terrasse. zur Meerseite ausgerichtet und unverbaut. hier hatten wir nicht nur einen freien Blick, sondern immer eine kühle Brise. Ideal zum Essen, chillen, Karten spielen oder auch mal Wäsche aufhängen. Der Pool ist schräg gegenüber und leicht erreichbar. Wunderschön unter Palmen und wir waren eigentlich immer allein. Tiptop

Fantastic and Excellent!!! Victor is friendly and an excellent communicator. The accommodation; Better than photos. with secure parking by the front door. Entrance then split level. First floor has a full size kitchen with a door leading to a BBQ area. A toilet. A dinning area and sofa area with big sliding doors with a lovely view and balcony with an out door table for six people. The next floor has a bathroom/ toilet etc, three bedrooms with one having an on suite bathroom. All bedroom are on the pool level with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to swim and sunbathe. Relaxing, great restaurants. Perfect. Lots to do and within driving distance to major water activities / Dolphin tours. We hired a boat, no license needed for small motor boat, dolphins swam next to the boat, It was amazing. Large Shopping plaza one hour drive through the hills, smaller ones closer. Yes there is a McDonalds, Lidl,Aldi and Spanish supermarkets. Old town near the castle. Will be back!

Très jolie maison perchée dans la dans la montagne, offrant une vue incroyable sur la mer.

Een prachtig appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. In de buurt een geweldige supermarkt (waar werkelijk alles te koop was), slagers, bakkers, winkels, restaurants etc. Schitterend uitzicht over de zee. Vanuit het appartement binnen no-time op het strand en de boulevard. Wij hebben er genoten!

C’est notre deuxième séjour chez Maria et nous y reviendrons encore avec plaisir. Maria est une hôte formidable, très réactive et accueillante. La maison est telle que décrite, très bien équipée et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage. Logement très propre, literie de bonne qualité, même les serviettes de plage sont fournies. Proche du centre de Málaga en transport en commun ou en Uber. Des restaurants de poissons dans la rue en bord de plage, et bon marché. Endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis Mille mercis

Logement très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. La montée par les escaliers peut demander un petit effort, mais la vue en vaut largement la peine ! Tout s'est très bien passé, je recommande sans hésiter. Merci pour l'accueil :)

We had a lovely stay in Andalucia. The view from this home is EVERYTHING!🤩 The furnishings and essentials were tasteful and the neighborhood very quiet. A great spot to relax after busy days in the sun.

Absolutely loved our stay at Residence La Ola. Our host Michel was so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The property is exactly as described and more. The property was super spacious for us ( a family of 5 adults and a four year old) with every you will need for a fab stay. It was immaculately clean and comfortable with super impressive aircon keeping the property really comfortable. The pool was a huge highlight for us and we spent hours each day in the pool relaxing and having fun. I can't wait to come back already The location is close to beaches, restaurants and bars but the area of the property is quiet and peaceful in walking distance to local supermarkets also. Don't hesitate to book this property for an amazing stay in Nerja.

Während unseres achtägigen Aufenthalts haben wir viel von der Umgebung erkundet. Abends konnten wir die milden Nächte auf der großen, liebevoll eingerichteten Terrasse mit Meerblick der großen Wohnung entspannt genießen. Durch die östliche Ausrichtung von Fensterfront und Terrasse konnte man zum Sonnenaufgang frühstücken und abends im Schatten grillen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll dekoriert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Neben allen benötigten Geräten waren auch viele nützliche Dinge vorhanden, wie eine umfangreiche Gewürzpalette und eine große Auswahl an Geschirr. Es fehlte uns an nichts, denn neben zwei Wäschespinnen waren auch Tauchermasken und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden. Selbst als wir einen technischen Defekt im Haus hatten, hat sich Charis schnell und souverän darum gekümmert. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen – eine klare Empfehlung für Paare, Gruppen (3–5 Personen) und Familien.

The local contact in Nerja, Paco, was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. In fact he drove us to the bus station as we traveled on to our next destination.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ma fille. Le logement est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions. La vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil est à tomber. La rue piétonne peut être bruyante le soir. Mais l’appartement est très agréable et calme pour dormir. La promiscuité de la plage est rare. Nous en avons bien profité!

The stay at Rachel's place in Nerja was so great! The location right on the beach is so easy (especially for families) and beautiful. The location is busy during the day because of the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. Everything you could need is right at your fingertips. including great restaurants and chiringuitos. The apartment is a little one the older side but it is very clean and everything functions well and is comfortable. I highly recommend and am already planning to return. Great place, great host.

We stayed at Pedro’s flat due to a family gathering, our stay was only for four nights but could easily have stayed longer. Lovely flat, everything we needed was provided. Pedro is a great host, responded very quickly and was very helpful at check in. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our short stay, would definitely book again. Thank you for everything, Pedro.

We had a wonderful time at Sandra’s place. The garden is lovely, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Sandra gave us lots of great tips on places to visit and restaurants. I highly recommend it! 🥰

Lovely and spacious, modern apartment in a prime location in Nerja. I have been visiting Nerja for over 30 years and this was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend
