Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nerja

We had a great family holiday at villa mariposa, it is so spacious both inside and out. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is huge! There are so many different areas outside with the lovely garden for ball games, the pool area which is bigger and much nicer than the photos suggest and various patio areas for eating and chilling. Burriana beach is about a 20 minute walk away which is pleasant enough although longer coming back on account of the hill! Nerja itself is about a 40 minute walk although there are buses and taxis which are reasonable. I would be very happy to return to Alvaro’s villa.

Exceeded our expectations, value for money, great outside space and pool. The house had everything we needed, lots of useful equipment. Jose was so helpful ,even left some wine and Tapas, and other food on the first day. The house is 25 minutes from the beach and central Nerja, so maybe hard for older people, a young family or people with mobility issues and who do not transport, but was fine for us!

Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet, man merkt das sie selber hier gewohnt hat. Alles ist in weiß eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Strand, Bars und Restaurants sind um die Ecke und auch ein Supermarkt ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Pearl ist immer schnell erreichbar und ist immer hilfsbereit.

Great stay in a lovely house , brilliant location in the centre of Frigiliana with short distance to shops, restaurants and bus stop. This was our second stay there. Antonio is a good host and the house has a lovely view over the Botancical garden with a view of the sea at Nerja to the left. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated in the heatwave. We didn't have a car but caught the Frigiliana bus down to Nerja and also went to Torrox for lunch and the beach. Had some lovely meals in Frigiliana. La Taperia on the left of the church, The Garden Restaurant, Restaurante Bar Virtudes which is halfway up the hill on the bus on the right with lovely views down the valley to the sea at Nerja. Also ate for the first time at Bar la Alegría del Barrio twice which is down the hill past the church. Ordered paella the day before and there was so much we couldn't eat it all. For people who love walking there is the ravine down the hill behind the chemist but very steep.

Een prachtig huisje in een prachtige omgeving! Elke dag genoten van het uitzicht vanaf het zwembad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Robert was een zeer vriendelijke host die snel reageerde. De route naar het huisje is wel uitdagend, maar het helemaal waard :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Residence La Ola. Our host Michel was so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The property is exactly as described and more. The property was super spacious for us ( a family of 5 adults and a four year old) with every you will need for a fab stay. It was immaculately clean and comfortable with super impressive aircon keeping the property really comfortable. The pool was a huge highlight for us and we spent hours each day in the pool relaxing and having fun. I can't wait to come back already The location is close to beaches, restaurants and bars but the area of the property is quiet and peaceful in walking distance to local supermarkets also. Don't hesitate to book this property for an amazing stay in Nerja.

A truly spectacular accommodation, with lots of space and amazing views. There was everything there for a very comfortable stay, including the beds and kitchen equipment . We really did have a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return. Thankyou!

Karlien war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, sie hat innerhalb wenigen Minute auf nachrichten reagier. Vor der Anreise hat sie proaktiv alle nötigen informationen übermittelt und auch nachgefragt ob wir gut im Haus angekommen sind. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat bequeme Betten und ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und vermittelt den spanischen charm. Nur in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den mercadona und den strand buriana zu fuss. Ebenfalls sind verschiedene sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer zeit erreichbar. Das haus liegt an sehr guter und ruhiger lage und ist ideal für eine familie. Ebenfalls hat der private Pool eine super grösse um mit den kindern zu plantschen. Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit bei Karlien genossen und danken auf diesem Weg.

I can’t believe I managed to find this place - what a find! It was completely central to everything we needed to get to without walking more than five minutes. It is situated right near the Balcón, which is beautiful, and there are countless restaurants and shops to choose from nearby. The apartment itself was lovely and the air con in room three could be felt from the bedroom too, so we could have a comfortable night’s sleep. We loved the terrace with the small pool to dip into, cool off and relax. There is a ramp to get into the small courtyard and a lift to get up to the apartments and terrace, so it’s accessible. Despite being in the centre of all things happening, it was extremely peaceful and we had a truly lovely stay.

Just had a wonderful holiday in Nerja at Suzanne’s apartment. The apartment is brilliant. Terrific views. Very spacious apartment. Location is perfect for beach and town centre.

Robert’s flat was really lovely! It was pretty and clean and had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect location very close to the beach, and Robert was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

We have had a fantastic stay at Sunny Studio. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with lots of thoughtful little extras eg Bath robes and slippers, shopping bags, beach chairs, cold bag etc. The place is furnished beautifully, with a lovely comfy bed! The location is very central with a 10/15 minute walk to the beaches. Lots of restaurants near by, with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we hope to return ourselves sometime.

We had a great stay. Robert was an excellent host — communication was clear and detailed. He sent lots of helpful information before we arrived and made check-in very easy. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had an amazing view of the coastline. Would definitely stay again.

Laissez-vous porter par la promesse d’une vraie reconnexion à la nature, dans un cadre paisible où la baie vitrée s’ouvre comme une fenêtre géante sur un écrin de verdure. Mandy et Markus sont des hôtes simples, sincères et profondément humains. Leur accueil chaleureux et naturel vous met tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison. Ils ont mis tout leur cœur dans ce lieu, en pensant chaque détail pour que l’on s’y sente bien, en toute simplicité. On y est accueilli avec générosité, et les extérieurs, bien pensés, offrent de vrais moments de calme et de partage en famille ou entre amis. Le logement est beau, confortable et parfaitement équipé pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Tout est fait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Et la vue… elle est tout simplement magnifique, peu importe où l’on se trouve : un vrai bol d’air pur pour les yeux et l’esprit.

This place was absolutely incredible and so is Nuria. I stayed here with my partner. This was our first stop while touring Spain. Frigiliana is a great place to start. Streets are narrower than in the US so make sure you’re comfortable driving. We parked nearby and ended up walking around the town. We ate at Bar Virtudes, Bar la Alegría del Barrio, La Teberna Sancristian, and el Boquetillo. Cueva Nerja also nearby is amazing. On our last day here we went on Los Cahorros del Rio Chillar (~5-7 hour hike). Overall we would definitely recommend staying here. Nuria was great at communicating and giving recommendations. She showed us the best places to visit on the map outside the room. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at!

Das Apartment war ganz genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns natürlich der unvergleichliche Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Wir konnten sogar an mehreren Tagen viele Delfine beobachten. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Ausstattung des Apartments, tolle Küche, Jacuzzi, Grill, und im Playroom, Sups, Strandstühle, Tennisschläger usw. Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht war vorhanden und alles in bester Qualität und mit tollen Instruktion und daher einfach zu bedienen, Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik und Camilla war perfekt, sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend !

Jan's apartment was very comfy, clean, well appointed and with great views looking over Nerja and out to sea. It felt like staying at somebody's personal place through all the charming details, tasteful furniture and fittings. If you have the weather there are also great outdoor terrace areas with seating and even a barbecue. A car is helpful and parking is fine. Also a taxi back from the town centre is very affordable so you can all relax and have a drink if that suits. Definitely recommended. Thanks Jan (who also communicates very well).

Es war wunderschön!Die Wohnung ist einfach toll und der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft schön!Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.Die Einrichtung wunderschön und die Betten super bequem.Die Küche gut ausgestattet.Die Anlage ist super gepflegt.Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.Der Check in war sehr gut!Danke auch nochmal an Kevin,der uns beim Check in empfangen hat und uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat!Vielen Dank!!!!

The stay at Rachel's place in Nerja was so great! The location right on the beach is so easy (especially for families) and beautiful. The location is busy during the day because of the beach but quiet and peaceful at night. Everything you could need is right at your fingertips. including great restaurants and chiringuitos. The apartment is a little one the older side but it is very clean and everything functions well and is comfortable. I highly recommend and am already planning to return. Great place, great host.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Es sieht alles genau aus wie auf den Bildern, es ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Auch die Lage ist wirklich perfekt.

Reme is an excellent host, and her apartment is exactly what the pictures show- Modern and clean with a fantastic view! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will return again.

We had a wonderful time at Sandra’s place. The garden is lovely, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Very well equipped. Sandra gave us lots of great tips on places to visit and restaurants. I highly recommend it! 🥰
