Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Neoi Epivates

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

Αρκετές μέρες πριν φτάσω υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη μου. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. Οι οικοδεσπότες ανταποκρίνονταν άμεσα στα μηνύματα. Θα πρότεινα αυτό το καταλυμα σε κάποιον φίλο και θα πήγαινα ξανά.

Μια ευχάριστη γενικά διαμονή. Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως περιγραφόταν στο site, η επικοινωνία με τον/την οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και η τοποθεσία εξυπηρετεί.

Πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και όμορφο διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Σε τέλεια περιοχή για κάποιο που θέλει να επισκεφθεί το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, 2 λεπτά από το Λευκό Πύργο, δίπλα ακριβώς από την Ναυαρινου μ

Nikos was an amazing host l! He was very helpful and polite ! The communication was easy and fast and everything worked perfect ! The apartment is very beautiful as described in the pictures and it was very clean, providing everything that someone needs to feel home ! I am 100% recommending this host and stay ! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön , sauber , großzügig und zentral gelegen. Man konnte von dort aus das Zentrum, die Uferpromenade viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen . Für Ausflüge waren U Bahn und Bus vor der Tür. Die Absprachen mit Nektarios waren immer schnell und sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Wohnung beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki jederzeit wieder mieten !

The communication from Giannis was so helpful and thoughtful. Checking in was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, well furnished and a relaxing place to be. The area had a great choice of bars and places to eat, it felt safe and comfortable. My partner and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay and we are already talking about when we can book to return.

Eve giriş için bütün talimatlar açıklayıcı ve kolaydı. Balkondan manzara güzeldi. 3 kişi için rahat ve idealdi ama 4 yetişkin kişi biraz zor olabilir. Bütün herşey geldiğimizde hazırdı. Çarşaflar temiz ve yeni yılanmıştı. Mutfak eşyaları fazlasıyla yeterli ve kullanışlıydı. Selanike tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer. Ev sahibi de bıkmadan usanmadan her soruma hızlı ve içten dönüşler yaptı.kendisine çok teşekkür ederm

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Ein wahres Paradies. Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, die Terrasse idyllisch und der Garten wie aus einem Märchen. Von der Terrasse bis zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Sekunden. Die gesamte Strandausrüstung ist vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.

Ο Βαλάντης ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Μας έδωσε σαφέστατες οδηγίες, ώστε να βρούμε το σπίτι με ευκολία. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το σπίτι καθαρό και αρκετά όμορφο. Επιπλέον, επειδή θέλαμε να μείνουμε μια μέρα επιπλέον και δεν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα στο σπίτι που μέναμε, μας έφερε σε επαφή με κάποια γνωστή του, ώστε να συνεχίσουμε τις διακοπές μας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Φιλόξενοι, φιλότιμοι και ευγενικοί. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και εξίσου άψογο το σπίτι !!

Bir evde olması gereken herşey vardı. Türk kahvesine kadar düşünülmüş, herşey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Girdiğimizde gayet temizdi ev. konum olarak harikaydı, gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolaylıkla buradan ulaşabildik.

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I would be absolutely delighted to come and stay in this space again! A week was just not enough…. Σασ ευχαριστώ πολύ

Το σπίτι ταιριάζει απόλυτα με την περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες. Ιδανικό για μεγάλες παρέες, σε κεντρικό σημείο και δίπλα σε πολλά μέσα μεταφοράς. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και τακτοποιημενος και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός. Θα ξαναπροτιμουσαμε τον χώρο.

Very nice place: easy to find and get in, clean, comfortable, reliable and friendly communication. Lots of restaurants nearby, very walkable. The street is a bit busy but there's not much noise in the apartment. Would gladly stay again, and can highly recommend.

Ne-am simțit extrem de bine în acest apartament. Fiind cu mașina am avut parcare exact lângă clădirea apartamentului am plătit undeva la 20 de euro pentru 24 de ore. Nu sunt locuri de parcare gratuite în zona. În apartament a fost totul curat. Cada cu hidromasaj a fost excelentă, a fost exact ceea ce aveam nevoie pentru o seară de relaxare, atât cat am lăsat apa să curgă a fost apă caldă si chiar fierbinte până s-a umplut cada. Apartamentul nostru nu a avut priveliște la mare geamul fiind spre o stradă laterală a clădirii, ceea ce a ajutat la a nu auzi zgomotul mașinilor de pe strada principală( de aceeași parte cu marea) Cu siguranță vom reveni când mai ajungem în Salonic. Restaurantele și atracțiile turistice foarte aproape de locație.
