Apartment holiday rentals in Neoi Epivates

It was a nice stay by Lina.The place is near the beach. The kitchen have everything what we needed .TV set was the best for my grandson. I'm very satisied.

Dit appartement vonden we geweldig! Niet groot, maar knus, en vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht op de baai voor Thessaloniki en de lichtjes van de stad. Recht voor de deur zit een geweldig visrestaurant, het strand is heerlijk en buurvrouw Stella maakt taarten waar je je vingers bij aflikt. Een wandeling van 30-45 minuten brengt je naar Nei Epivates en Peraia, waar nog meer restaurants en terrassen zijn. Daar kun je ook met de boot naar Thessaloniki (tip!). Nikos' schoonouders wonen op de begane grond, en dat zijn de liefste mensen. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad en komen graag terug!

The place is just as in the photos, two beautiful balconies with nice sea view, and it is just meters from the nicest part of Agia Triada beach. You can use sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the host, and very nice beach bar in just accross the street. Neighbours are very friendly, and there is a big yard infront of the building, where you can park the car under the tree. Agia Triada is small and peaceful, only the seagulls make some noise. :) We have small kids, so for their evening entertainment we usually went to Pereia, which is few minutes away by car. Catalina was very helpful, responsive and kind, always at out disposal and we are very pleased with our vacation at her place.

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Nikolaos war jederzeit zu erreichen und antwortete schnell. Er ist ein Gastgeber, dem es wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. 10 Minuten zum Strand, Bäckerei um die Ecke, Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte ebenfalls. Man kann wunderbar vom Balkon dem Treiben auf der Straße zusehen. Wir können das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Nikos!

Прекрасное месторасположение , есть парковочные места. Пляж , кафе, рестораны в несколькольких минутах ходьбы , при этом место немного в стороне от всех заведений и за счет этого отсутствует шум.

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

A nice place close to the beach with a beautiful garden to relax

It was a all around really pleasant experience! The host was very quick to respond and they even provided greek specialities! The place was really close to the beach, about 5min by foot. You can find a lot of restaurants at the seaside. The kitchen was well equiped and very clean. Overall I would full-heartedly recommend this place for your stay in Neoi Epivates!

Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the Sunny beach of Peraia. Great host, very communicative, very welcoming and very friendly!

Σε γενικές γραμμές δεν γράφω κριτικές αλλά εδώ η Ελένη φέρθηκε επαγγελματικά και γρήγορα σε ένα μικρό θέμα που προέκυψε με το διαμέρισμα. Την ευχαριστούμε για την ωραία διαμονή και τον ωραίο χώρο.

Η διαμονή μας εκεί ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Ο χώρος έχει τα πάντα που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ήταν πεντακάθαρα και η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι σε πολύ βολικό σημείο και με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

Отличный вариант для отдыха семьёй. Хозяйка встретила очень дружелюбно и приветливо. В квартире есть все необходимое условия для проживания, всё соответствует написанному. Два больших болкона, есть постельное бельё и подушки, везде чисто. Море в пяти минутах от дома. Очень благодарны за приятный отдых!! 10/10

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

Престоя ни беше приятен. Домакина ни посрещна, деня преди настаняване ни изпрати много информация за по-бърз достъп до локацията ,за добри ресторанти,забележителности и локации за плаж. Престоя ни беше спокоен, апартамента отговаряше напълно на описанията и пространството ни беше достатъчно за голямата ни компания..

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time!
