Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

It was a new villa with a great environment and interior! The living room and kitchen had a large window with a view outside, which gave it a very open feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and neat! It was a newly built villa with a great view and it was great! It's on the mountain side of Paphos and it's only a 20-minute drive to the city center. Martin and Olga were very kind and were happy to help with any questions I had, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful villa.

Потрясающе звездное небо и тишина,погружают в легкость и забвение от городской суеты! Очень добродушные хозяева! Мы немного заблудились в самом начале,и Michalina,встретила нас и проводила до места проживания!Также нас угостили свежими яйцами и фруктами,которыми мы вдоволь насладились! Восторг и только! We holiday in Protaras but always like to spend a couple of nights in a traditional Cypriot village and home. Kathakis is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful little village which has everything you need to relax. We chose Calliope House because of its authentic Cypriot feel and we weren't disappointed. It's been in the owners family for generations and is a beautiful Cypriot home which had everything you need. The stand outs for us was that it had 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) the other 2 bedrooms a toys the beautiful courtyard with their own bathroom and a guest bathroom. The courtyard was beautiful. Private and peaceful with comfortable sofa seating as well as a table and chairs for food and drinks. The house was immaculate! Bedding in particular was pristine l, crisp white sheets and quilt. Beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels, and the showers were great. Waling distance to main square with taverns, a museum and about a mile away a wonderful winery which offered wine tasting sessions.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf den Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und passt. Ionna und Kyriakos sind sehr gute und nette Gastgeber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Mario was an excellent host. Really informative, responsive and attentive. The apartment was very clean and extremely well equipped,it has everything you need. The place was beautiful with the pool and its surroundings. Thank you Mario we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in an amazing home! The communication was excellent, the house was spotless, and Victoria was a generous and accommodative host. The location is also excellent, with proximity to vineyards and Latchi as well as great restaurants. Seriously, try “To Palati!”!!

Wir waren hier in einem ruhigen typisch zypriotischen Dorf und hatten das Glück über dem Dorfcafe/ Miniladen zu wohnen wo man alles wichtige, besonders einen sehr guten traditionellen Kaffee, bekommt. Wir haben uns immer gefreut wenn Maro Zeit hatte für ein kleines Gespräch. Sie ist eine herzliche und weltoffene Frau die hervorragend Englisch spricht und uns so auch von ihrer Heimat erzählen konnte. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geräumig, es war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Anfang April waren die Nächte noch kühl, wir konnten es uns aber vor dem offenen Kamin gemütlich machen. Auch extra Decken sind vorhanden. Wir haben von dort aus Ausflüge zum Strand und in die Berge gemacht (in ca einer halben Stunde erreichbar) Wir wären gerne längervgeblieben!

Martins apartment exactly as listed had everything he described plus extra touches like tea bags coffee sugar wine and water on arrival. Apartment spotlessly clean very comfortable the complex extremely clean all pools great well maintained and had life guards at both. The apartment close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants hickory’s was our favourite Venus beach exquisite just get there early could imagine quite hard to get sun beds at peak holiday times. Martin was easy to communicate with and even arranged for taxi to pick us up at airport. In summery great apartment well worth the money great place and lovely people will definitely stay at martins again if visiting pathos loved everything 👍👍

Lucy is very helpful and responsive. The place is very cosy, with its own great outdoors area, perfectly located in the Center of Latchi with 2 minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants as well as local promenade area. The complex is peaceful and private.

Wir genossen den fünftägigen Urlaub sehr. Dimitri was ein wirklich zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber, auf eine Art, die man selten antrifft. Sein Sohn holte uns vom Flughafen ab und brachte uns am Ende auch wieder hin, was bei weitem nicht selbstverständlich ist und wir auch gar nicht erwartet hatten. Außerdem wurden wir am ersten Tag mit Frühstück empfangen und erhielten auch viele wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Stadt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung. Alles in allem sind wir mehr als zufrieden und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für ihre Mühe und Aufmerksamkeit. Very nice apartment with incredible view. Super clean and Rudi was a great host. Would recommend guests to look into car hire or be prepared to use public buses (very limited, especially at night) as most touristy places are not within walking distance or are along roads without pavements or streetlights

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

Wow, my best Airbnb experience ever—and even more than that, it was a warm welcome filled with kind energy. You feel so good here that it’s hard to leave. Mary and Gunther are people with rare souls and kindness. We truly hope to come back one day because this place is a real haven of peace and happiness. Since we’re sensitive to this kind of connection and atmosphere, we are more than delighted to add these quality moments to our life experiences. It will remain engraved in our memories and hearts. They have created a contagious harmony in this apartment and its beautiful garden. There are no words to describe this experience, you have to live it !

Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Das Bett ist mit 1,2m eventuell für manches Paar zu klein. Dann unbedingt Jacobs Tabs für Kaffee organisieren. Savvas Grill Restaurant mit tollem Stifaki gleich ums Eck. Zum Strand 10 Minuten. Einfacher Standard aber bis auf Geschirrspüler alles da. Der Blick vom Balkon und die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück sind es Wert hier zu buchen.

Kevin is a great host, met me at the venue and took me to the apartment. Private parking for the apartment is available and undercover which is needed in the summer periods The apartment is clean, fresh, modern and ideally situated within walking distance to shops and the beach. The outside area is open but still feels private and both the living room and the bedrooms open up to the outside area, there is a communal pool that is also very well maintained. The apartment is an home from home with all the amenities, the complex where the apartment is situated is very safe and secure. Would definitely be looking to rebook later in the year *****
