Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Negombo Lagoon

We enjoyed our stay at Sepalika’s home, which was in a great location close to the city centre. Her housekeepers were very helpful throughout our stay and provided us with a delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. The six of us felt very comfortable and at home.

This is my first Airbnb experience. The stay was just AMAZING. We stayed at the property for 7 days in March and we loved the property so much that we extended another couple of days. The property was as described, beautiful and comfortable. Most importantly, I have to appreciate the host, Chathura. Chathura was responsive, quick, kind and proactive. We felt extremely comfortable and my family was very grateful. My relatives visited us throughout the stay and they all commended the property. Whenever we visit Sri Lanka, we now have a place to stay. Thank you Chathura for the well maintained property and for answering all my queries throughout the stay. Well done and keep it up!!!

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

Jay's place was really great for a 1 night stay. The area was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by lush greens. It was easy to get around with a car. As a host, both Jay and Vino were very helpful and responsive even late at night. Pleasant stay overall.

Proche de la route et d'une école hymne national le matin. wifi plutôt bon. L'hôte est très reactif et le gardien sur place très gentil. La salle de sport et la piscine est très agréable ainsi que la douche exterieure. Parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits en famille.

The house and the surroundings are great. All the amenities and shops are in walking distance! The hosts are great and responsive. We are very happy to recommend this place for all future visitors. We will definitely choose this place for our next stay.

Very warm cordial and helpful host. Very convenient and secure location with a Mall close by which had a lot of options for variety of food. Availability of Walking trail , Swimming Pool and Gym facilities within the compound of the property was ideal.

The host was super friendly and replies really quick.

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was in a super clean condition and all the rooms were spotless. Very spacious and amazing view of the sea and easy beach access. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. We were given a welcome pack which included tea, coffee milk and water which we really appreciated. Joseph was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely lovely space with gorgeous private gardens. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy it during the day! Perfect spot close to the airport and cafes, took me 20 mins by tuktuk. Little apartment was perfect and clean, I will be back! Thank you

Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good. It was an absolute please to be at the Hope Residence for our short visit to Colombo. We would certainly stay here again, if the need arises. Thanks Tusitha for your warm hospitality.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
