Cozy apartment with a beautiful view located inside the village of Nea Poteidaia next to the sea. There is a small beach that you can climb down by stairs. There is also another beach located in the other side of the village which it will take you about 10 minutes to reach by foot. Of course, there is the option of going to the Agios Mamas beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki. Lastly, in the nearby area there are excellent restaurants with great food that you can visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and shops. Even though we arrived late (classic lost tourists!), Serafim was very accommodating, kind, available, and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and attention to detail, and set in the middle of a peaceful olive grove. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket, and there’s also an adorable dog on the property that made the stay even sweeter. The region is stunning, and we truly can’t wait to come back!

Sotiris is a warm and helpful host; very responsive to our questions about the flat and the area. The apartment has very nice views of the sea which is just across the road. The area is quiet and the flat itself is quite spacious. Definitely would recommend.

Review: "We had a wonderful time in this cozy private house by the sea! Lovely location, just a few steps to the beach. The house was very clean and the hosts were always ready to help with any questions. I especially liked the hospitality and treats of Anastasia and Kostas , a cozy terrace where we enjoyed the sea view. Alexandros and his mother were extremely friendly and friendly. Although our check-in time was 2pm, they were flexible stating that we could arrive early. Alexandros responded to my messages quickly. The house was easy to find and only 1 minute walk to the sea. The house was extremely clean and tidy, and the interior was thoughtfully furnished with Johanna's handmade items. When we arrived they gave a gift of hand made by Johanna, they were very thoughtful. In addition, everything was considered in the house, including kitchen equipment, various kinds of shampoos in the bathroom, hair dryers, propeller and air conditioning, chairs needed for the sea and 2 umbrellas. It will only be enough to pack and come. On the other hand, there were drinks,etc. in the fridge for newcomers,etc. The various homemade jams were carefully prepared by Johanna and it was delicious. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The sea was calm and warm. We plan to come again for a longer holiday.

The house has everything you need, even more. Sitting on the sofa in the living room or by the kitchen pult and looking at the sea is priceless! The beach in front is a bit stoney, but the downtown beaches are within 5 minutes walking distance. The grocery store is also within 5 minutes walking distance. It was a nice place and a nice holiday.
