Théo is a special case! Kind, helpful and very attentive always! A Superhost!!! I recommend it to any couple who wants peace, tranquility and a beautiful place, with an indescribable sunset! The house is cozy, tidy and has everything you need for pleasant days! Besides, it has easy access and you don't need a 4X4 car... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND WE WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK!!!! Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

Luci is a sweetheart, she helped us with tips about the city, welcomed us and introduced us to the cottage, which is a delight! It was a delight to leave SP.

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Our experience was simply excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations: the place is very well organized, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. You can see that everything has been thought through with great care to offer the best experience possible. In addition to the amazing space, the highlight goes to the host, Mauricio. From the first contact, he was extremely polite, attentive and always available to help with whatever was necessary. Your proactivity and concern to make sure everything was perfect has really made all the difference. All who were with us at the lodging were delighted and came out praising both the space and the attention they received. We will definitely come back for more opportunities. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We spent the Carnival in the house and it was just amazing! The space is very well taken care of, exactly as in the photos, super comfortable and well equipped. Firstly, I want to make it clear how wonderful and very familiar the place is, to the benefit of adults, children and the elderly. The rooms of the house are all organized, clean and of complete conditions for the stay, offering a complete comfort. By day is all beautiful to see and enjoy nature. The night is wonderful to be with family, friends and for those who are looking to enjoy moments in couples, the night has illuminations in the whole garden and pool that proposes a differential leaving everything more intense and a romantic atmosphere. The place is completely complete to spend the days and create many affective memories.

We were the first guests and WE LOVED it: the place is beautiful, cozy as our house. .. Thiago was of a unique kindness and proactivity: if we could assign punctuation to him ( host) it would be +10 !!! So much warmth/ kindness / comfort of the space sincerely makes us this happy opportunity to leave here our genuine thanks for the stay and reception. On behalf of our families, we thank and strive to leave the place exactly as we found it. It was an amazing experience.

O Racho was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited, a peace, the noise of the birds, the incredibly tasty pool. We feel in paradise and we will definitely return. 🥰

The Chácara is very beautiful, spacious rooms, cozy living room. Much more beautiful than the pictures. The barbecue area is very good and complete, our family stayed there all the time. Clean pool, trimmed grass. Caseiros Solicitos, helped us in everything we need. Erika has quickly served us the times we call on it. One single complaint was that we heard the tunes and noises of the surrounding farms until late at night. But, we recommend and will be back!

We recommend the house. In spite of being removed from a large mall, the road is well signposted and paved. The condominium is a delight to enjoy the green. The house is beautiful and illuminated, on the floor below integrated environments and good air current, on the upstairs large suites that accommodated us well.

The site has met all our expectations, as well as a pleasant and cozy atmosphere to suit the descriptions.. A peace , immeasurable tranquility for those who want to rest! We Like Much! As a strength we have the hospitality of Luciana (owner) and Rita (homemade). They gave us full support, and we can say that Rita has helped us even further. Great people !!! The pictures show less potential than the environment really has, the view of the dam is very beautiful, large table in the kitchen to have a breakfast with the whole family, two very spacious rooms, as well as the entire outdoor area with networks and lots of nature. The area most used by us, certainly was the pool that was very clean, and tb has very good barbecue to enjoy with the family. In addition, it still has a little football field. We'll definitely be back soon!

Wordless for the location we hosted!! Extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing, we feel at home. Also, the owners were from day one very receptive, proactive and kind. We love the experience, we will definitely recommend it and will be back more often!!
