Holiday rentals with beach access in Naxos

This was the best place we stayed at and we have travelled a bit. Everything was walkable, the view was beautiful from the balcony and the airbnb it self was so nice and has an adorable style to it The host was friendly, helpfulI and check in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are coming to Naxos, you have to stay here! Everything about this place was just perfect!!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The bnb was clean, and picturesque! We loved being there. Nikos picked us up from the port, and dropped us off! My friend and I loved staying there. Next time we visit Naxos, we’re definitely staying there again!

Nous avons passé 6 jours a Naxos dans ce logement, et quel plaisir ! Les instructions d'arrivée et l'accueil nous on permit d'arriver dans les meilleures conditions possible. Le logement est petit et fonctionnel, avec une grande armoire pour ranger ses affaires, de quoi cuisiner et des ouvertures permettant une bonne aération (au vu de la chaleur en journée, ça n'a pas fait de mal). La vue du balcon est extrêmement agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin. Des points en plus pour la pression de l'eau dans la douche ! Super séjour ! 😊

We had a fabulous few days here. The view from the balcony over the port is gorgeous. Nektaria the host was exceptional. She checked in on us every day and gave us great suggestions of things to do. There was much appreciated complimentary groceries - eggs, bread, fruit, wine, cheese, jam etc in the apartment when we arrived. There was a complimentary pick up from the ferry on arrival day and free luggage storage on the day of departure which was a great bonus.

Our stay at Marios was perfect. We had everything we needed and wanted. We Even had a washing machine and clothesline which was a big bonus for us. Marios greeted us and carried our luggage to his place. He left us home made wine and marmalade as well as Little treats such as Naxos ´ signature liqueur. We truly enjoyed our stay in Naxos and Marios was the perfect host.

It is a very agreeable place, conform to the description, near the center of Chora (Naxos), near the seafront, the beaches, the restaurants and the shops. Kostia was very friendly and gave me useful information about the places to visit (beaches and villages). Among my favorites : the splendid village of Appolonas ( N-E) and the beach of Aliko (S-W)

Nice stay in a well-equipped and calm appartment

My husband & I stayed at Anna’s Airbnb for 4 x nights, we highly recommend staying at this property. 5 Star Host! The apartment is large and conveniently located just a short walk behind the old town Naxos. Very clean apartment, well stocked with all facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay, including generous snacks. Excellent Air Conditioning in all rooms. Story Cars, excellent car rental just at the end of the street. Beds and sofa are very comfortable, quiet apartment. Anna is an excellent host, really amazing, met us on arrival, told us how to catch taxi from Port to the apartment (very easy, no wait), also arranged a taxi when we were leaving which arrived on time, took us to the airport (also very easy and no wait). Met us on arrival and explained how everything worked, provided a map and suggested which villages, beaches, restaurants and car hire she recommended, all were excellent. Don’t hesitate, book this property. Thank you Ana for your excellent hospitality!

Giorgos’ place was perfect for our three night stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured; clean and tidy, and right on the beach. Giorgos is a great host. He sent clear and helpful instructions and was very friendly on check in and check out.

Sophia’s ardent love and enthusiasm for her Venetian ancestor’s wonderful house is contagious—-the mountain setting, the grove, the main house, and the outbuildings are full of interest and charm, and every space is beautifully appointed. We were warm, comfortable, and very happy to be at Kambones1615. Sophia is a cordial, engaging, and generous host, eager to share her knowledge of Naxos with her guests. We look forward to returning for as many springs as we can manage!

There are not enough words to say to explain how great this place was. From the very beginning of our booking, our host has been in contact with us.. She was very responsive and very attentive, she even booked our transfer from the airport to the house. The home was more than we had hoped for. The pool was gorgeous. The home was spotless and had every amenity that we needed. It was a short walk to the beach. I cannot say enough good things. When we return to Naxos, we plan to stay at CNG villas again.

Easily one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Best location on the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house itself was beautiful and very welcoming, and Maria Anna is the consummate host. The house was very well stocked with essentials and more snacks than we actually managed to eat. We had a lovely time and will be back to see the changing seasons of the ocean on the balcony.

Manolis ist der perfekte Gastgeber,der seine Gäste verwöhnt. Er legt Wert auf vielery kleine Details die einem das Gefühl geben hier ist man wirklich willkommen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, Manolis kam auch persönlich vorbei um uns zu begrüßen . Für das leibliche Wohl war auch gesorgt. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und das Apartment war der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erforschen. Rueckkehr ist nicht ausgeschlossen!!!

Fantastic location for those wanting a less busy, quieter place. Lots of beaches to choose from that are easily walkable and have crystal clean water. Cute little place, well equipped with everything needed, clean, and a beautiful view. Responsive host :)

Naxos was our favourite island we visited in the Cyclades, and Philisios cottage was our favourite property in all the places we stayed. There has been a lot of thought and attention to detail gone into making the property a wonderful Airbnb. The fixtures are quite new. The kitchen was great, comfortable bed and linen, fluffy towels, good wi-fi, new washing machine etc. We loved the location - the property is on a quiet side street but within walking distance of everything you need and the main action on the esplanade. We enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks on the side balcony. Our lovely hosts could not have been more kinder, helpful and accommodating. They provided some great restaurant recommendations. We were very grateful they were able to met us at the port after a very wet and windy ferry ride from Santorini. The cake on arrival was also a lovely and welcome surprise. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The place was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities that we would need for a family (2 adults + toddler + baby). It was located right in the center of town, walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants, beach and port. The roof deck was huge and had the best sunset views on the whole island. Thanks for an amazing trip! We would love to return :-)

Amazing stay in Naxos with my wife and child. Great value and perfect location close to everything. Evdoxia was a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even picking us up from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Ioannis was an exceedingly kind and accommodating host, and his Naxos condominium was perfect for our stay on the island. The location was very convenient--walking distance to the beach, the center of town, and rental car agencies. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and included coffee and homemade snacks. Ioannis shared his extensive knowledge of the island, and his recommendations helped us create a joyful itinerary. We cannot say enough about how amazing our time was, thanks to Ioannis.

What a wonderful place to stay in Naxos! First- the location is amazing. 10 min walk to town with restaurants, shopping, bus terminal to get around the island, and Temple of Apollo. 2 min walk to the local beach. A grocery store 1min walk. Many restaurants right nearby. Second- the Airbnb itself is so adorable. It’s sparking clean, well decorated, and has all the amenities. The washing machine was very helpful to have. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. I loved having the patio and balcony to sit on- very picturesque. Beach equip. avail. so you can beach for free. Most importantly- great hosts!!! Maria was very responsive and proactive. She arranged for her brother Nikos to pick me up right at the ferry port. He recommended me some great places to go and helped when I had a question during my trip. He also dropped me back off at the ferry when I checked out. They are both lovely! It was perfect, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!!

We had the most beautiful stay at the apartment! Stella’s parents, Nina and Nikitas, who lived within the same apartment compound, were very helpful, friendly and welcoming - they gave the best food recommendations which we really enjoyed and also offered us some biscuits and local liqueur during our stay there! Nikitas also helped us with our luggages which is very much appreciated as we were travelling heavy. They are truly the sweetest people around and I would recommend anyone to stay here without hesitation. Stella was extremely responsive and helpful with all our queries as well and gave us a late check out because we had a later flight. Thank you Nina, Nikitas and Stella for making our stay at Naxos a memorable one!

The apartment was well appointed, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, enjoying the view. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. We had come from Athens and a few other cities so enjoyed the quiet. Mano was a fabulous host. Was quick to respond to any questions. He was helpful in recommending restaurants, hikes and the car rental. We fully enjoyed our stay at Naxos and plan on returning!

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.
