We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The best part was the location – very close to the sea, which made it easy to enjoy the beach. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the complimentary water and coffee – thank you! A few things could be improved: we could hear the elevators from the bedroom, which wasn’t too disturbing since it was off-season, but it might be more noticeable during busy periods. Cleanliness could be better, and the kitchenware needs some attention – we found a rusty pot that should definitely be replaced. Also, for a 4-night stay, a few more towels would have been appreciated, although we brought extras from home, so it was manageable. Other than that, everything was nice and comfortable. We had a good time and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Locatia a fost comform descrierilor, curata, cu toate dotarile necesare. Vizibilitate la mare si plaja, balcon generos, AC in fiecare camera. Diana a fost o gazda excelenta, am avut o buna comunicare, check-in si check-out usor. Putin dificil accesul cu masina la bariera, atat la intrare cat si la plecare, intrucat trebuia preluata/lasata cartela de acces din / in apartament. Ne-am simtit oricum excelent si multumim Diana pentru ospitalitate!

Excellent place to be with family/kids. Everything close by, the beach, the caffees/restaurants, amusement park, shops. Great communication with the Host, smooth checkin through an automated website & lockbox access. Nice complex of apartment buildings, pools for adults & kids, overall quiet, even though close to bars. Great walkability. Superb view [partial] of the sea. Elevators & stairs easy accessible. No parking included, but you can find smth on the close-by streets, or can pay at reception for a spot inside the complex. Thank you to the Hosts for our great family vacation. We'll be back soon. O locatie excelenta, la cativa pasi de plaja, cu multe localuri in jur. Acces la piscine! Vezi marea din dormitor. A fost ideala pentru noi, familie cu un copil de 4 ani.

This apartment is perfect for those looking for a «sea view». The close proximity to the beach is a huge advantage of this property. We will definitely come again.

28. We had an amazing time at Ana’s beautiful apartment and would love to visit again in the future. Ana and her husband were super accommodating and kind hosts and we had everything we could’ve possibly needed. The apartment was clean beautiful decorated and spacious. Seconds away from the pool,beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Thank you again for everything!

Multumim pentru amabilitare, ospitalitate si pentru atentia la detalii, Gabriel. Apartamentul e exact ca in poze, foarte aproape de mare si cu foarte multe facilitati pentru adulti si copii. Ne-am simtit ca acasa si vom reveni cu drag!

A great near the beach villa that has all the amenities you may need. Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful view of the sea .The host is very nice and proactive in helping you achieve the most pleasant stay .I will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Bra boende mitt vid stranden och gågatan. Flera pooler och restauranger i resorten och i närheten. Svårt med parkering på helgen så kom gärna en Tors-Mån och låt din bil stå parkerad. Bra lägenhet med allt du behöver på den soliga sidan med havsutsikt. Negativt var städbolaget som ej skött sina uppgifter men värden löste detta!

Casa Ortviken este un hotel excelent. Foarte confortabil, frumos și curat. Este situat într-un loc foarte liniștit, ferit de zgomot. Camera este elegantă și frumos amenajată. Gazdele sunt oameni prietenoși și deschiși. Bucătăria are tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil, iar terasa este spațioasă și bine dotată. Ne-am simțit aici ca acasă și ne-am dorit să rămânem și mai mult! Cu siguranță vom reveni. Mulțumim, Casa Ortviken!

Totul minunat, insa o mica sugestie, este nevoie de imbunatatirea semnalului WI-FI. In rest, locatie excelentă.

I can recomended this acomodation. It is close to the beach and "city centre". Althought rooms are quite small, you have everything what you need for your holiday. TV, fridge, wardrobe and peraonal bathroom. All house was very clean, kitchen was equiped very well and in the nice garden you can have breakfast, evening tea time or take a rest after hot day.
