At tge first here , smooth checking. Apartment was full equipped with everything I need as person coke in home. the location of the apartment btween tge way to white city, Nizami street, Bakek Street. few meters from Bazar. so many resturants and cafes just walking distance. Recommend the place for all viators.

Расположение - лучше не бывает, отзывчивый хозяин, справедливая цена. Квартира очень светлая и просторная. Хозяин заранее поделился всеми необходимыми инструкциями по заселению и эксплуатации, быстро отвечал, был очень любезен. Буду рад заехать снова.

The apartment was exactly how I expected it, clean, cozy and very fair for the price I paid. I spent the whole period there and it almost felt like home. Shout out for the host who has been super responsive and helped me with all my requests and questions. :)

Perfect Stay in the Heart of the Old City Staying at apartment hosted by Farahim was an absolute delight! He arranged for pick up and drop off to airport. The location is unbeatable—just step outside, and you're instantly immersed in the charm of the Old City. Everything was within easy reach, making it a super convenient spot for exploring. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. Farahim was an exceptional host—always responsive and ready to help whenever needed. His attentiveness made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Old City! Would definitely return.

Это было прекрасное время которое я провела в Баку. Квартира была в точности такой как описано- чисто, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Месторасположение идеально- прямо в центре города, все в шаговой доступности: магазины, Т.Ц., кафе, рестораны, метро,набережная, Старый Город , площадь фонтанов и др. Большая Благодарность хозяину квартиры Рашаду. Он очень гостеприимный доброжелательный, заботливый хозяин, всегда был на связи и готов был помочь с любым вопросом. السكن حلو مره لاكن ينقصه مكيفات في الغرف ومفاتيح للغرف والا فيلا حلوه وخاصه ونرجو الاهتمام برشاشات المياه والمروش ومشكلته شبكة الانترنت ضعيفه في المنطقه وينقصه منشر ملابس ويبعد عن شارع نظامي ٢٠دقيقه وداخل بيت الحديقه كمرات والا بالامانه السكن جداً جميل وتجربه حلوه وصاحب السكن ووالدته ممتازين مره مره مره واستقباله جميل واسلوبه حلو مره

The place is excellent & its my second time coming here with my friends & family. Amazing living room and bedrooms. You can also take the cleaning service which is reasonable and they do an excellent job cleaning it. The overall experience & response time was very very good. I highly recommend this place.

It was a lovely experience given this was my first time in Azerbaijan, Baku. The owner is also bilingual which really helped in communication given that most taxi drivers / people don't speak English. Each time we reached out and he quickly intervened. The compound is very spacious, indeed a family home. I travelled with my toddler and she had enough space to play outside on days that are not very cold. There was even a tree of pomegranate fruits in the compound and we were allowed to harvest and eat. I will highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Baku for tourism, study or vacation, as it meets all these desires.

Everything was nice. The host was really helpful, we had an amazing week.

Die Kommunikation von Anfang an war sehr gut. Sehr gute und außergewöhnliche Betreuung. Sehr schönes Haus. Wir waren als Familie für 2 Wochen da und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Danke nochmals für alles. Wir werden sehr gerne nochmal kommen.

Clive 숙소는 호스트의 넘치는 친절로 바쿠 여행을 완벽하게 마무리할 수 있었다. 우선 이른 아침 공항 무료 서비스가 낯선 도시를 편안하게 해 주었고 호스트는 우리가 필요할 여행 정보를 적극적으로 알려 주셨다. 심지어 일향 중 한 명이 여권이 든 가방을 콩항에 두고 왔는데 그의 아내가 적극적으로 해결해 줬다.또한 현금도 솔선해서 흔쾌히 빌려 주셨다. Clive는 유쾌,통쾌,상쾌했으며 유머러스하여 금새 가까워져서 함께 저녁도 먹었다. 도심에서 가까운 곳에 있어서 근처 유명 관광지는 거의 도보로 이용 가능하고 대형마트 및 식당가가 근처에 많아 가족 단위로 편하게 이용할 사람들에게 적극 추천한다. 바쿠란 도시는 클라이브와 하나가 있어 더 사랑하는 도시가 되었다. 고맙습니다
