The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

It includes two large rooms on the ground floor: a living room with sofa and armchair and a dining room with an attached kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, it is possible to add a third bed.
