This is a great place to stay. Clean, modern, and a good area with shops and a small mall nearby. Lily was also super friendly and an amazing host! 하노이 미딩 지역 근처라 조용하고 교통편이 매우편리하였습니다. 저녁에는 조용하여 편히 쉴수 있었습니다. 숙소 안은 깔끔하고 세련된 디자인이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 요리를 해먹을 수 있도록 제품이 모두 구성되어 있어 편리하였습니다. 또한 궁금한 사항은 슈퍼호스트가 빠르게 답변해줘 좋았습니다. 매우 만족하고 다음 여행에도 방문하고 싶습니다.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Fantastic 5/5 Airbnb! Spacious room, beautiful decor, cold air conditioning, and close to many restaurants/cafes. The best part of our stay was receiving assistance from Ms. Huong though! She was so helpful and friendly and she saved us a lot of time by helping with certain tasks. She always welcomed us upon our return and she left us hand written notes daily. They could easily charge for her services, but surprisingly everything she did was included in our stay. 5/5 Airbnb, 100/5 for Ms. Huong!

Great place! The host was very accommodating. Everything you need is already there. The host communicates directions and instructions well.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

사진과 다른 숙소로 배정되었고 처음 청소상태가 좋지 않았지만 대응이 훌륭하여 숙박기간 중 편안한 여행이 되었습니다.

침대가 정말 훌륭함. 5성급 호텔 수준임. 보통 에어비앤비 침대 싸구려인데 여긴 아님. 스프링도 다 정상임. 아쉬운게 호스트가 사진을 업데이트 해야함. 실제 숙소 사진이 훨씬 좋음. 지금 사진은 예전 사진임. 화장실. 방 너무 깨끗함. 호텔 느낌 임테리어임. 그린베이 자체가 위치가 너무 좋음. 미딩도 5분 거리임. 한국인들에게 이만한 곳 없음. 그린베이 내에 베트남 음식점 3-4개가 있음. 편의점 3-4개임. 빵집이 기가막힘. 정말 싸다. 롯데마트. 윈마트. 브레드 팩토리 가격 보다가 여기 오면 기절함. 너무 맛있고 싸다. 하이랜드 커피도 있음. 다른 카페도 2-3개 더 있음. 차 소리 안 들리고 조용함. 생활물가 혜자임. 알다시피 비싼 동네 가면 카페. 빵. 음식점 다 비싸다. 여긴 소음도 없고. 중화. 미딩도 그랩타고 5-8분 내외임. 호수 큰게 있어 런닝. 산책도 좋음. 단지 자체가 큰데 사람들 다니는 인도가 넓직하고 깨끗하게 단장되어 있음. 한국 사람들 비싼 웨스트포인트. 디캐피탈 지내지 말고 그린베이에 숙소 잡으세요. 여기 가격 싸고 환경 좋고 다 좋습니다. 3주 째 하노이 숙소 호텔만 5번 다니는데 그린베이가 가성비를 떠나서 조용하게 지내면서 가깝게 이동할만한 거리임. 물론 서호. 호안끼엠 생각하면 미딩 중화 이쪽 지역을 숙소로 잡으면 안됨. 어찌됐든 숙소 깨끗하고 좋아요.

The accommodation is very quiet and clean. There is also a market in the same building. To get to many restaurants, you have to cross the main road. There are no traffic lights or crosswalks on the main road, so it is very dangerous.
