Beachfront holiday rentals in Nakijin, Kunigami District

What a lovely little weekday getaway this place was. We live locally but not right next to the beach and having the beach right in front of the house is exactly what we got. There is a lovely walk along the beach and if the weather good, a safe place to swim in the sea. The home itself is comfortable and the best part was the large wooden deck which made sitting outside comfortable as it’s shaded from the strong sunshine. Julian was friendly and quick to respond if we needed to ask him something. The location is close enough to walk to a convenience store to pick up what you need should you forget to buy what you need before you come. Lovely stay overall.

一言で申し上げるならば、「ここを選んで本当に正解だった」と心から感じております。 なかでも印象深かったのは、上質なジャグジーのご用意です。 清潔感と快適さが見事に両立しており、日常の喧騒を忘れ、深い癒やしと安らぎを得ることができました。 また、施設全体を通して、細部にまで心配りが感じられる空間設計で、「また訪れたい」というより「永く滞在したくなる」、まさに“住まうように過ごす”贅沢なひとときを堪能させていただきました。 このような素晴らしい体験は、ぜひ多くの方に知っていただきたいと思います。 次回は、事前予約でBBQも可能とのことなので是非BBQも検討したいです。さらに充実した滞在を叶えられればと願っております。

Such a great location for walking, and everything worked great in the house.

wonderful and friendly hosts with clear instructions on how to access the property, generous with their time and emotional energy. they sent extra photos showing how to park which was invaluable! they left a little gift basket of cookies to nibble on which my wife loved. they also recommended a yomitan cafe and it was fantastic. mimi would occasionally check in that we were having a good time and we always were! reminded me of staying with a nice aunt :) you cannot beat the location, as you walk down stairs and onto the sand of the beach. it feels more wild, quiet and lived in than a hyper-western and expensive resort, which was exactly what we wanted--a local beachy experience. go swimming at high tide within the reef and you will see lots of grazing parrotfish and butterflyfish--please be respectful to the local wildlife, the coral, and hakas! eddie and mimi have a bin of gear you are free to use, although i brought my own prescription goggles which let me see the fish even better.

My family loved our time here! Loved the seawall walks in the morning, close to everything we wanted to do. Sharon was extremely nice and checked every few days to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway vacation house. 10 minutes away from grocery store. 15 minutes away from Kauri island. We were 9 total with pets which they had everything needed for dogs during the stay, even the little dog park they had was outstanding. They had complete amenities and also a water dispenser. Would recommend this place.

対応が非常に親切で柔軟で早く、とても助かりました。宿や設備も綺麗で清潔であり、文句なしの最高の施設でした。

大人6人子供3人で3泊４日利用しました。完全プライベートな空間で気兼ねなく過ごせました。 とても静かな場所でウッドデッキから海を見ながらBBQも楽しむ事ができ最高です。 お部屋も整理整頓されていてとても清潔です。自炊できる器具や一通りの物は全て準備されているので何も困りません。 １つ言うとすれば時期的な事ですが小さい虫(ヤスデ)が発生しました。人への害はないので私達は大丈夫でしたが虫が苦手な方はお気をつけ下さい。(南国なので虫は当たり前かなと思います) 場所は本島の中部なので北部、南部に1時間程で移動出来るので便利です。 私達は最高の旅で最高の宿泊先でした！

房間整潔乾淨，另有廚房可供住客自行料理。

房屋位置非常容易尋找， 晚上駕駛要小心 因為路燈比較少。 房屋內非常整潔、舒適，價格非常合理。 不過由於1F層沒有起居室，所以不適合腳力不好的老人家。 整體上滿分滿分👍

ゴールデンウィークで長期滞在させて頂きました。部屋は広くおしゃれで、3家族で利用しましたが、快適でした。 とくにプールとサウナとジャグジーは満足度が高く、子供が多かったので気兼ねなくいつでも楽しめたのがよかったです。 バーベキューができたのも良い思い出です。 トイレが2個あったのも大人数での利用にはありがたかったです。 ロケーションもよく、便利な場所ではありませんが、周辺を散歩するだけでも非日常感がありました。 夕暮れ時には一面の海と夕日がきれいでした。 大人数で泊まるには最適だと思います。

They were amazing hosts ! I absolutely loved the place. The beach view was perfect and had everything we needed. Easy check in / check out. Beautiful property. Definitely would recommend and would stay again. Had an amazing time with my husband celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Beautiful property if you want to stay near Cape Maeda and prioritise snorkelling, scuba diving, beaches, and/or hiking. It was definitely far from a lot of restaurants and bars, and we had planned on using my IDP to rent a car but unforeseen circumstances made it impossible. However, I think we enjoyed the location and some time to unwind after travelling throughout Japan for the previous 2 weeks.

Very clean and quiet with great easy beach access. Minutes from some good restaurants in Ginoza and 20-30 min from other beaches and great snorkeling/diving. Check in and out was easy as well

위치 찾기가 힘들어요 주소로 되어 있는 곳으로 가면 다른곳이 나와서 찾기가 애매했습니다. 예쁘긴 정말 예쁘고 방은 없어요!

호스트분께서 응답도 바로바로해주시고 너무 친절히 대해주셔서 감사했습니다! 그리고 청결도가 너무..너무 좋았습니다 화장실이 너무 깨끗해서 반했습니다

周圍環境十分優美，停車位與旅居需步行30秒，旅居上下兩層，提供多間房間，如果多人的話十分方便，性價比十分高，唯一美中不足是在超市買了很多美味的和牛想打邊爐，但他的Gas爐用不了，導致要在廚房煮食 旅居的主人還提供租車服務，由於是租客因此有特別優惠租用車輛

住宿地點在中部，離永旺超級近！去北部去南部都大概50分鐘，非常方便！！！對面的Lawson承包了我們5天的早餐跟宵夜😆大推～～

景觀十分好，有機會我會再來，我最愛車程6分鐘的海中道路
