The rooms are clean, spacious, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The atmosphere around the house is lovely, surrounded by super natural mountains. The house is in the Royal Hill golf course project. If you want to go swimming or eating, you can use Royall Hill's clubhouse and restaurant. It is considered comfortable. The project is very spacious from the house to the clubhouse. Overall, I really like it. I would like it to be a family vacation or with a gang of friends. It would be fun.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ake’s place during our vacation. The area was full of fruit trees, variety of vegetation and right next to a lovely pond. The location that is very close to Nakhon Nayok town was about a two hour drive from Bangkok with our car and we found ourselves in the middle of nature. Just in front of our room was a large swimming pool that I enjoyed swimming in after returning from visiting various lovely locations in the area. The place was very close to the famous Khao Yai park with the well known various waterfalls . In short we enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit in the future.

Super nice people who help with everything they can. The only downside is the beds, feel like you're on the floor. For the rest, everything is fine and fine place.

If you are reading this book right now! The place is much more charming in person. We also did not have a way back to Bangkok and our host organized that for us. She’s amazing it was a honor to meet her and get to be in her facility. There was a pool and other amenities she did not mention. I’m not sure if we can use them but it was nice to look at. Lots of interesting people on the ranch and most speak English.

The house is very cute. Very fun to travel around. There is a beautiful cafe near the house. Very easy to drive. In the future if you go to Nakhon Nayok, I will definitely stay here again.

Initially we were a bit skeptical due to the lack of reviews on Airbnb and overall mixed reviews of the resort on Google. The resort seems to have been built a long time ago, and at some point (I think covid lockdown) maintenance of the property declined and resulted in the place looking somewhat abandoned today. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised that the wagons where we stayed are newly renovated and in pristine condition. Most importantly, everything was spotlessly clean! We had a wonderful retreat in our wagon in the woods and I believe if they continue with further improvements around the property, it will soon become very popular again like in the past. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to visiting again soon!
