Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Naiyang Beach

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding. Thank you so much Nammon for a making our experience so wonderful.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

We spent 5 Weeks in this beautiful Villa and had a lovely time. The Noise around was totally ok and the buildings near the villa are short before to be finished. We highly recommend this Villa and Lyn was very helpful due the time we were there. Many thanks .

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

Elton was a perfect host - friendly and responsive. The villa is modern and spacious - in a quiet neighborhood. We will certainly come back.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

Villa Nirvana is an absolute dream! Ilana was a very responsive and helpful host. The view is truly breath taking and the villa has every amenity imaginable, even housekeeping every day if you wish! The kitchen is so well equipped you can easily cook or have bbqs and enjoy the beautiful patio and view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we truly loved everything about this little piece of heaven. Highly highly recommend!!

It was the best villa I ever been, from the services provided by the villa to the view, everything was so wonderful. Before the trip, the communication with Shuyi was effective, letting us know what do we expect during our stays. At the villa, Siri, the villa manager provided her utmost service and look after us well. There was a lady helped to clean the villa daily and the chef cooked scrumptious meals for us, and the price is reasonable. The driver was very friendly and sent us to anywhere we want to go. Kudos to the team! The only downside is not able to walk to the nearby town, as the villa is on a hill top and the road is very steep.

Fantastic location!! Everything was just like the photos and description. My family and I really enjoyed the privacy. The staff is incredible!!! They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as smooth as the sand at the beach!!

Beautiful villa with incredible garden and pool. Located in gated compound with friendly security guards. 2min walk to delicious restaurants - Suay has premium Thai food and nice vibe, Laad had fine dining quality food for $50 per person. 5min walk is Baan Moo Rom Kwan a bbq meat restaurant which was delicious and much cheaper. Supermarket 5min walk away along with other small stores if you need items. We loved the Elephant Sanctuary 10min walk away. You can just visit the restaurant and still see elephants without doing a full tour. The area has lots of activities which you can easily find on Google maps. We loved our stay. The 4 days felt like a whole week. We’d definitely stay here again.
