Excellent property and worth every penny spent. Just a couple of mins walk from the beach and well maintained with all modern amenities. Caretaker Shailesh is also quite helpful and supportive.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush mango trees — we even got to enjoy some fresh mangoes which were absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The beach is nearby, and food delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato were available, which made things very convenient. However, the highlight was definitely the food prepared by the caretaker — it was homely, fresh, and full of flavor. We requested them to cook for us, and they took care of everything. The owner was also incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back again!

One of the most homely and beautiful stays at a highly affordable price

Bee Villa was just right for a chilled getaway for our reunion trip. Away from the commercial hustle bustle but a quick ride to get whatever we needed. Bunty the caretaker and the rest of the staff there were available and prompt in getting us whatever we needed. They helped arrange for meals so that we didn’t have to bother anything. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The two kids in our group played on the terrace all day and didn’t want to come home :-) The villa is a quick walk from a quiet part of the beach so just right to saunter about. We travelled with our pet dog who also was comfortable in the house. Excellent venue for our friend reunion! We were a group of 8. The place is spacious enough to easily host 12-16 persons.

The pool added to the fun and made our time even more enjoyable. The host and caretaker provided excellent service—always responsive and incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience.

It was a great peaceful place a very good escape home there was a speaker available as well the host was very friendly and the caretaker was very helpful and responsive The only complain was the swimming pool was kinda dirty we still swam but it could have been cleaner Otherwise all in all a very good stay worth the money if you are over 12 people you couldn’t find a better place than this

Had a wonderful stay for a day at Green Acres at Zirad. We were a group of 10 adults, all close family. We really loved the place - the cottages amongst orchards with a view of forested hills all around, the food and the people. The manager Rahul was very proactive and helpful. Nilesh was the person exclusively managing this property. Very helpful, always willing to go the extra mile and very friendly. Quick to find solutions and very patient with elderly guests. He was helped by Prafull who was also very cooperative. I must say the pool was lovely and very well maintained by him. Crystal clear water. Urmila, who is in charge of the kitchen dished out fabulous food - even the snacks were superlative. The finger chips could give Big Mac a run for its money. Overall, definitely a place we would love to visit again.

Excellent stay. The place is near Kihim beach at a walkable distance. The property was well lit and is secure. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Pratik's place! The Property is well mentioned and beautifully decorated. A well-organized crockery unit is something that is really appealing to Us. Pratik was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He provides really delicious breakfast. Whatever we ask he is getting it for us. We really enjoyed staying at this place.

The property is quite serene and peachful, great for a weekend getaway. The owner was very helpful and made sure we didn't have any problems throughout our stay. The homemade food served was authentic and lip smacking.

We had gone for my husband’s birthday celebration. The place was amazing and perfect. Food was amazing. Host was very friendly and cooperative & even arranged cake for the celebration without even us asking for it. The caretaker staff & the cook were very cooperative too. Arranged breakfast for us early in the morning as we had to check out early. The pool area was uber clean & the gazebo was the main attraction. Worth every penny. Will like to stay a longer next time.
