Logement spacieux très agréable avec vue sur mer, 3 terrasses. Dans un quartier très fréquenté, quoique un peu bruyant dû à une route très passagère devant. A proximité du centre à pied, des restaurants. Idéal Patras et ses alentours (Olympie, Delphes). Merci à Viviana pour les boissons et les produits locaux (gâteaux).

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με το παραπάνω. Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι. Επίσης στα θετικά η καθαριότητα και η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα!

Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Εξαιρετικός ο Κωνσταντίνος οι απαντήσεις του ηταν ταχύτατες και μας εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπίτι ειναι πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά, με άνετο parking και super market για τα απαραίτητα ακριβώς δίπλα. Επίσης για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες έχει αρκετές παραλίες αρκετά κοντά. Περάσαμε εξαιρετικά και θα επισκεφτούμε ξανά με την πρώτη ευκαιρία!

Very nice little apartment of a personal touch, with comfortable seating areas both in- and outdoors. We stayed but a night, and found he practical kitchenette with everything at hand particularly convenient. Parking in the street was a bit tight but okay. We enjoyed our stay and would return anytime.

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός. Το κρεβάτι και ο καναπές ήταν άνετα. Η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious, sunny, clean and comfortable. It is thoughtfully decorated and there is everything you need to feel right at home. The location is great, right across the park / square, a view of the ocean, and right in the centre so you can walk to all of the great restaurants and shops. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Το σπίτι του Γιάννη ήταν ότι χρειαζομουν για τη διαμονή μου στο Ρίο, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως λειτουργικό και άνετο, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Στο τσεκ ιν υπήρχε μεγάλη ευελιξία και η μητέρα του η Μαρία μας υποδέχτηκε με διάθεση και όρεξη να μας δείξει το σπίτι και να μας προτείνει τοπικά διαμαντάκια για φαγητό. Η φιλοξενία της ήταν απαράμιλλη. Μας είχε αφήσει λάδι, χαρτί κουζίνας, κατσαρόλες, ακόμα και υγρό πλυντηρίου και μαλακτικό. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Great place in a fun little town! Host was great to work with and responsive. Our only complaint was we only stayed one night… Please do yourself a favor and stay a few nights, the apartment and town are well worth a visit!

Chris war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als ich die Daten in meinem Mobiltelefon nicht einsehen konnte, kam er im Internet Cafe in Patras vorbei um mich abzuholen. Er fuhr mich zum Apartment und half mir beim CheckIn. Das war eine sehr positive und gute Erfahrung. Ich habe die Zeit in Patras sehr genossen.

Η Ειρήνη και οι γονείς της ήταν υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες. Πολύ φιλικοί, φιλόξενοι και διακριτικοί. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, άνετο και αποπνέει ηρεμία. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και σίγουρα θα επανέλθουμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Πεντακάθαρο και πολύ λειτουργικό δωμάτιο στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και επεξηγηματικοί. Γενικά μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Séjour parfait chez Dimitris, très belle vue, et point de départ idéal pour visiter Naupacte, accueil chaleureux et très sympathique d'Athena. Très contents de notre court séjour.

Τρομερό στρώμα με μαξιλάρια. Καθαρός χώρος. Άφιξη στην Πάτρα με 42 βαθμούς. η Αρίστη είχε ήδη "κρυώσει" το χώρο με τα 2 air-condition που διαθέτει ο χώρος! 12-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο (εξαρτάται πόσο κέντρο θέλετε να πάτε). Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Δυσκολευτήκαμε λίγο να "αράξουμε" στον καναπέ για να δούμε τηλεόραση (μικρός καναπές) αλλά ποιός νοιάζεται....ευκαιρία για βόλτα!!!

Alexandra was a fabulous host we arrived and found freshly baked cheese pie in the oven freshly baked peach cobbler in the fridge bottle wine as well as other homemade goodies including jellies and jams the place was very clean clean with many amenities fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views would definitely recommend

Ce logement entre mer et montagne était super pour une nuit. Maksim avait préparé le jacuzzi et nous avait dressé une petite table avec une fleur c’était très attentionné.

Appartement avec ascenseur au dernier étage en plein centre de Patras. Il y a quand-même une petite habitation au-dessus sur le toit terrasse. Vue panoramique splendide et très grande terrasse. Patras est une ville animée jour et nuit et donc bruyante. Lits très confortables, lave vaisselle et lave linge.
