No transportation needed. Everything is within walking distance including Night market, 7-Eleven, Lotus, the beach, money exchanges, restaurants, bars and tourist shops. The FAI restaurant is just a few steps away with good food, large servings and friendly prices. Despite being in the middle of all the action, the house is located on a quiet residential side street. The house has everything you need. I loved the bathroom design. The house has plenty of fans and air conditioning. You have your own private pool and patio to relax after a hectic day of sight seeing. Maya is your perfect host. You will be in good hands. She will answer your questions, provide insight and ensure a seamless experience. Really......What more can I say that hasn't already been said. The reviews speak for themselves.

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

This house and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Private, spacious and clean. The pool is warm and inviting! Everything about our stay was sensational. Excellent location. We did have an electricity outage which affected the water supply, but Petra was always responsive and tried to rectify as much as she could, even though it was out of her control. The outage didn’t last long, and we didn’t let it interfere with our holiday. Thank you Petra for a wonderful stay at your place.

Had an amazing experience here. The view was breathtaking, the villa was gorgeous and host was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. A big spread was made for breakfast everyday, there were fresh fruits and even coconut prepared and ready for us. The host and housekeeper even when out of the way to make changes to the menu when we requested. We came with our 2 kids and there was a kids club that had many activities and a cute little playground right by the ocean facing pool. My husband and I could enjoy a drink by the beach while our kids played at the kids club. It was enjoyable for all of us. The perfect getaway to chill and relax

An amazing place to stay, highly reccomend!

Beautiful airbnb, such a nice secluded location so peaceful! The facilities were excellent, very comfortable for four people staying. Hosts were attentive & lovely cleaners. Kitty is the cutest cat ever, we miss her already! We didn’t use scooters, just taxis just make sure you order them on bolt and that they take you up the hill! Amazing stay.

Die Villa ist wirklich einzigartig. Die Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer und direktem Strandzugang waren für uns als Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Das Restaurant nebenan lieferte uns das Essen direkt auf die Terrasse und zur wundervollen Thai Massage sind es auch nur wenige Schritte. Darüber hinaus ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß an der Straße mit ganz vielen Cafés, Restaurants etc. Und wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, Ben hat immer umgehend reagiert und uns geholfen.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

The managers of this Villa are excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Great for families and young kids. Comfortable and feels very homely. We love watching the squirrels climb the trees every morning, the towels smell beautiful, the bathtub is great for kids, plenty of storage, the lounge is so comfortable and the kitchen great to cook meals. My husband needed a desk/chair to work so the managers brought one that day. Excellent stay, Thank you!

The villa is beautiful, perfectly cleaned and maintained, with a stunning view, and all the mod-cons that you need. The location in Samui is very central. Sebastian is the perfect host - professional, friendly, efficient and fast to respond. Highly recommend! We look forward to stay again! :-)

Мы провели на вилле неделю с друзьями и детьми , дом очень уютный и красивый, большой теплый чистый бассейн, много бытовой техники и посуды, все новое и чистое, территория ухоженная. Находится в отдалении от пляжа, мы шли пешком 3 км , рядом нет магазинов и кафе , нужен транспорт. Уборка была один раз без смены постельного белья и полотенец. Единственное, что омрачило отдых это то, что мы договорились о продлении виллы на 4 дня, нам подтвердили, а потом отказали, выставив цену в 2 раза дороже )

The villa is brand new, welcoming guests from January 2025 which meant it is in perfect condition. Koh Samui is very hilly but we found this villa wasn't too far up a hill and the view is worth it, it really is incredible. The salt water infinity pool was perfect and we were swimming every day after our morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable and all of the air conditioners were working well. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, all were very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We took advantage of the service to order groceries to be supplied on our arrival which was well worth it. Our host Dave provided restaurant recommendations and information for how we could arrange car or bike hire to be delivered to the villa. Dave met us on arrival and was very gracious and understanding when we arrived late. I would highly recommend this villa, we loved every part of our stay here and will stay again.

We spent two blissful, healing weeks at this villa. Lounging by the pool, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and listening to the orchestra of birds. Everything was perfect and the cleaning lady came every few days to tidy up and change the sheets & towels. There are a couple great restaurants within walking distance and a great elephant sanctuary! Peaceful is the word I’d use to describe our time there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Kim, sie ist eine so herzliche Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps die unseren Urlaub einzigartig und unvergesslich gemacht haben! Der Bungalow ist sauber. Die Anlage mit Strand ist sehr gepflegt und traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist herrlich für Leute, die den Sonnen Auf- & Untergang lieben, denn hier habt ihr einfach beides. Sehr gute Restaurants befinden sich ausreichen von 2-15 Gehminuten entfernt, ein Supermarkt direkt schräg gegenüber. Es ist der perfekte Ort um die Seele einfach mal entspannen zu können, fernab vom Tourismus. Privater, schattiger Parkplatz. Mit kurzer Hose hab ich das zu schätzen gelernt mit dem Roller ^^' Die Unterkunft liegt neben der Hauptverkehrsstrasse, somit könnt ihr euch vor der Haustüre mit den Songtaews direkt auf den Weg machen und müsst nicht erst weit laufen. Für Lärm-/Lichtempfindliche, vielleicht zum schlafen Oropax/Schlafmaske mitnehmen. Für uns war es einfach rundum perfekt ohne etwas aussetzen zu können!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rockhill Villa near Lamai Beach. The host Zuzana and her co-host May, were very responsive to us and even sent us beach and massage recommendations. On the day of our flight they organized in home massages for all of us. All the bedrooms are super spacious and nice. With two primary bedrooms, and 3 other spacious bedrooms. When we got in May walked us around the villa and showed us everything. The team even arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport which made everything seamless and easy. We appreciate the time, effort, and hospitality May and Zuzana presented us with. We will definitely be recommending this place and coming back! ขอบคุณ!

Einer der Schönsten und atemberaubendsten Unterkünfte die ich bewohnen durfte. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Extrem sauber und von a bis z alles durchdacht. Dieses Haus und die Einrichtung, sowohl wie die aussieht sind ein absoluter Traum 😍 Das Haus liegt oben auf einem Hügel, mitten im Jungle und sehr privat. Der Weg dort hin lohnt sich allemal! Danke an unseren tollen Gastgeber der uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Auch proaktiv tips gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne im kommenden Jahr wieder dieses Haus buchen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Um einiges besser und intensiver, wie auch den bereits einladenden Bildern. Eine 11/10 🙌

השהות אצל גרייס הייתה מדהימה וענתה על כל הציפיות שלנו ואפילו מעבר. גרייס הייתה זמינה עוד לפני ההגעה שלנו, עזרה לנו להזמין עיסוי לבית ועזרה לנו לשכור טוסטוס באיזור. היא קיבלה אותנו עם חיוך ונתנה מענה לכל בקשה שלנו. ובונוס בנוסף זה שיש לה מסעדה צמודה עם אוכל מאוד טעים!! אם אחזור לנופש שוב פעם בקו סמוי אין ספק שאני אחזור להתארח אצל גרייס

This villa is an absolute gem! The interiors are beautifully curated with art and color -- but also comfortable for lounging and working. They center around a beautiful pool terrace that's well-equipped with sun beds and shade, plus more art and sculpture. And the bedrooms are comfortable and private. Lipa Noi was a delightful surprise as well. While Lamai and Chaweng felt crowded and noisy, this side of the island is green and lush with much quieter beaches and gorgeous sunsets. You'll need transportation (rent a scooter or rely on Grab) to get around, but the added travel is worth the tranquility. A total dream of a villa -- I've seen nothing else like it!

Jessie’s villa was a lovely stay for us a family of 4. Most of all she was a super host very responsive and helpful at all times. The villa is a in private area, around 6 mins drive to any of the main restaurants, shops in lamai. My kids loved the swimming pool and the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the kids. Overall lovely peaceful stay. I would go back! 🙏🏼

This is a rare case when reality has greatly exceeded my expectations. Stunning seaview, trees and beautiful bids, squirrels, NO mosquitoes and ants inside and at the terrace. Pool with a view. And you can find a new kitchen utensils and even kitchen hand towels (this is a very rare case). So this is amazing place to stay. The only thing is it was a steep, winding climb up the hill, which became very difficult for us after dark in the rain in a subcompact car. But anyway the view is worth it.

Truly one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed at. The place is clean, spacious, well-designed and has everything you need. One of the few AirBnB spots that actually looks even better in person than it does in the photos. We felt comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived. Plenty of things to do locally - great places to eat, beaches & so on. The area is beautiful and full of palm trees, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating as well, which made our stay even better. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’ll 100% be returning the next time we visit Koh Samui.
