Saeed was an amazing host. Very generous and the place had absolutely everything we need. Service was amazing and he was extremely friendly. Me and my family had an amazing holiday and will do it again for sure!

Ramzi was very friendly and helpful, including letting us check-in early. Villa was perfectly described, all rooms decent sizes

This was our second time at this place. It was even better than the last time. I am impressed with the fact that they added new Furniture and interiors to the place. Most importantly they are a great host. Looking forward to visit again.

Ons verblijf bij Badar was onvergetelijk. De villa was nóg mooier dan op de foto’s: adembenemend, ruim, prachtig ingericht en ongekend luxe met volledige privacy. Ik heb veel gereisd en villa’s geboekt, maar dit was veruit de mooiste ervaring ooit. Badar’s service was buitengewoon. Omdat we vroeg aankwamen met kinderen, had hij de koelkast gevuld met boodschappen. De villa voelde als een privé mini-resort: een discrete medewerker verbleef in een apart bijgebouw en hielp ons waar nodig, zelfs met het draaien van de was. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit smaakt naar meer – wij komen gegarandeerd terug! Badar is het perfecte voorbeeld van gastvrijheid en ik kan deze villa en zijn service iedereen van harte aanbevelen.

La villa di Mik è molto grande accogliente., si trova in una zona tranquilla, vicino all' ereoporto e alle partenze per le isole. Mik ci è stato sempre molto reattivo alle nostre richieste ci concesso un check out ritardato. Consigliatissima

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Faham's place is conveniently located and provides easy access to various areas in Muscat, making it an excellent base for exploring the city, especially if you have a car. I chose this place because it is pet-friendly, and I had three cats with me. Faham's quick and efficient communication stood out, making it easy to choose his place over others. He is incredibly helpful and promptly sends someone over whenever there’s an issue. This will definitely be my top choice if I visit Muscat again.

The flat is good and clean. It is spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend it.

I'm really delighted to write my feedback on Waleed's flat... the place was absolutely amazing so nice, clean and well organized. The location was wonderful..easy to find and close to tourists sites. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, well maintained, convenient and well priced, look no further. This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Muscat, centrally located and within 30 minutes drive of many local attractions. At the same time, it is peaceful and allows you to get away from the busy city when you want to relax. Everything worked with no issue, and was as advertised. Hassaan was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, he even stocked the fridge with enough bottled water to last two people for three days and provided fresh fruit and snacks free of charge. He and his team were always on hand to help and provide recommendations for our stay. If I am ever to visit Muscat again, this will surely be the first place I look to book

It was a joy to stay at Mazin's place during our time in Oman. We wanted a calm location where we could rest but easily access main areas of Muscat etc, and this apartment was an absolute gem. It felt like a little home away from home. Every detail was very considered - it was immaculate, smelt beautiful and Mazin is incredibly kind, helpful and generous as a host! The balconies are perfect to relax on in the evenings or to watch the sunrise from in the morning, and the front room has a smart TV for easy viewing. Location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood ~5 minutes away from the supermarket and ~20 minutes from Seeb Beach and many other key locations. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Mohammed’s apartment in Al Sifah Resort. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The charming ambiance and thoughtful details throughout the space made it feel like a true home away from home. The location within the resort was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Mohammed was a great host, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience in Al Sifah!

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le quartier est très sympathique et l'appartement est proche de la marina ainsi que des commerces/bars. Appartement confortable et globalement bien équipé même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner. La piscine est un gros plus. Je recommande ! Merci

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

This was such a perfect stay. It had everything and more. I enjoyed the pool and gym convenience of this place. It's super near cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. It was beautifully clean, spacious and comfortable. Definitely felt like home here and wish I had more time to spend in it! Thank you Abdulla - who was also very responsive!

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment located just 200 meters from the sea and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location is just great! Just a few minutes walk from the beach. What I especially remember is the kindness and responsiveness of the owner Hatem. He greeted us with a smile, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout our stay, we felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, our holiday was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable location and a caring host. Thank you, Hatem, for your warmth and hospitality! We will definitely come back again!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Abullah’s place. Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Abdullah was very generous and allowed me to check out late because my flight was in the evening. The compound is very safe, calm, clean and very near to the walk area and water front. I would definitely come back to this place.

Ich vergebe selten fünf Sterne, aber hier ist es wirklich gerechtfertigt. Die von Lisa vermietete Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und ist einfach der Prototyp eines Airbnb-Apartments: räumlich großzügig, insbesondere mit den zwei Terassen, praxisgerecht eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und in toller Umgebung. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man in der Wohnung immer einen Durchzug herstellen kann und so auf den Einsatz der Klimaanlagen gut verzichten kann - die Grenze zwischen drinnen und draußen ist aufgehoben. Zu den nächsten Restaurants ist es etwas weiter, aber die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - eine Heißluft-Friteuse (neben Herd und Backofen) haben wir noch nie in einem Apartment vorgefunden ... Elisabeth selbst ist sehr auskunftsfreudig, mit 25 Jahren Lebenserfahrung im Oman kann man sie alles fragen. Außerdem reagiert sie innerhalb von Minuten, sie wohnt nur einige Häuser weiter. Es ist wirklich rein nichts auszusetzen, daher vergebe ich hier 5 Sterne gerne.
