The cottage has 250 Mbit WiFi, 55" TV, PS4, an open fireplace, a large deck with a gas grill, and a trampoline. Perfect for all who enjoy walks in the woods, proximity to sea, or just need a few calm days on the deck enjoying the bird song and the whispering wind in the trees.

Country house perfect for a family

Cosy two-story house whith generous spaces, both inside and outside. On the first level there is a kitchen, dining room, two rooms and a large bathrooom with shower and wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a livingroom. Family rooms both upstairs and downstairs. In the garden we have a big lawn, and generous terraces on both sides of the house, charcoal grill included. Parking lot for several cars . 1.5 km to the nearest bathing in the ocean, Gullmarsfjorden at Vann spa.

Holiday house outside Lysekil - peaceful

The house is privately situated on our farm with a big patio with open views over the meadows. There are many activities nearby like climbing, swimming, riding and golf. Restaurants and shops is 15 min away but u can reach groceries in 2 min by car. Hyresgästen städar själv på avresedagen (städutrustning finns) och ansvarar för att huset lämnas i samma skick som vi tillträde. En depositionsavgift på 1000kr lämnas vid ankomst och denna betalas tillbaka vid godkänd städning.

Relaxed atmosphere with scenic views of beautiful nature. Bralands Farm borders to a nature reserve with nice hiking trails, canoe center and world class fishing possibilities for perch, pike, trout and salmon.
