We had a wonderful stay at the Floresta site! A charming place, surrounded by nature and the peace that only the countryside can provide. Every detail, from the structure to the hospitality, made the experience even more special. Everything was very clean, the caretakers were very nice people. Erika was also very attentive. I'm already planning to come back.

Recommended stay at Chalé das Helicões. An extremely pleasant place with simple and good-natured people (cottage, maid and watchdog). The super attentive and proactive host. About the house, very rustic and well cared for. Comfortable to the extent of the climate that is peculiar in the region. Great environment to rest with the family. Wonderful house, large, airy and super comfortable space. Special point for the kitchen, has all the utensils. The whole house has everything we need. We are very accommodated, it is well reserved and wide. It was very worth it! Congratulations!

Spacious house and exactly matches the listing description. Very well equipped, it had everything we needed. Luiz and Germano are super attentive. There is not much to do on foot on site, but we were looking for tranquility, so we found it, it was perfect. Satisfied by hospitality! Aaa there sells a lot and for those who are from a hot region, you will feel a chilly kkk take a coat.

Very pleasant place, you don't want to leave and get to know the city, fully equipped house, swimming pool, barbecue, pool table, TV, terrace with space for hammocks, in short… very good, it's really worth it!!!

Rustic House, well decorated, has several nice spaces for chatting, playing cards or board games and having family meals. The garden, in addition to being very beautiful, is equipped with a caramanchão, fountain, feeders for the birds and a shower for those who like a cold bath. We take advantage of the early evening to light a fire and roast marshmallows right there in the garden. The children loved it! To get to the house, it is necessary to take a 2.7 km pavement road from the runway, the property being 6 km from the center. Lastly, the owner is kind and pliable.

Cozy house amidst lush nature, perfect for those who like peace. Special mention for Flavia and Evaristo: extremely friendly, helpful, polite and attentive. Having them around made our stay even more special. And what about Flavia's food?! Simply wonderful, perfect. Breakfast, included in the daily rates, is also a big plus.

A very quiet and safe place, the house is within a condominium, is very close to the city center with markets, places for snacks and restaurant, bar…The city is very quiet and pleasant. The house has exactly all utensils for a good stay.

It's not that close to downtown Guaramiranga, but that doesn't diminish the excellent experience at the house. The hostess, Dona Somália, was exceptional with us. The space of Julia is cozy and well located, within walking distance to the main road and close to the Restaurante do Alemão. It stands out for cleaning and organizing in all areas, including kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, with excellent quality bedding and towels. It offers a pleasant experience, especially periods of cold and rain in the mountains. The proximity of Mulungu is a plus for necessary shopping. In addition to the internal comfort, the place is conducive to enjoying the balcony, to prepare meals and to explore the surroundings and the property on tours.

Daniel was a great host, he always responded quickly. The house is just like the photos. Easy to access location.

Elane's place is great, we were well received, the Dodo who takes care of the house always attentive, we love the kittens that roam the garden, the pool is also great. My only note is that the house on the avenue, as my purpose with the stay, was to rest the noise of motorcycles and cars, caused a lot of inconvenience. But to go in groups of friends or families is more relaxed.

We were greeted by the host Renata in a polite and warm manner and she was very helpful and attentive to our well-being. Each one is a masterpiece! Clean, beautiful and well-equipped. Well-cleaned kitchen and cutlery, with plates, glasses, bowls, sandwich maker, microwave, blender and electric oven. The rooms are excellent, with ceiling fans, bedding and very nice bathrooms. A nice porch for lying in the hammock and reading a good book. The surroundings are impeccable! Splendid nature, with well-kept gardens. Many animals (chickens, geese, birds, rabbits, turkeys). A lake with lounge chairs to enjoy the surroundings. Everything is very beautiful. I was there with my wife and three children (10, 6 and 2 years old), everyone liked it very much! We intend to return! Points to note: - it's not a place to party, it's a place to rest. - It is not in the city (but it is close): if you do not want to cook, you will have to travel to have lunch and dinner - the little lake is a point of attention for those who have children
