Holiday rentals with a patio in Muldestausee

We felt very comfortable and welcome in Bettina's apartment. The facility is very functional, tasteful and cozy. We didn't miss anything. Our four-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot! ☺️

It was just perfect! Stefanos and his wife are two incredibly nice and friendly hosts, we immediately felt at home. The accommodation is clean, bright, smelled good and was super equipped. The location is fantastic, quiet and you have the opportunity to sit in the beautiful garden. At the same time, you are only a few minutes' walk from the S-Bahn and have a great connection to the city. The bed is totally comfortable, the bathroom modern and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. 100% recommendation, we will definitely book there again <3

This was a perfect place for our family of four! So many thoughtful touches to make sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well stocked for those who wish to prepare their own meals. The living room and bedroom had separate doors off of the main hallway, which meant that our adult daughters had a private space to sleep - like a 2nd bedroom. The property is very peaceful with a lovely private patio. It was about a 20min drive to downtown Leipzig and we found it more cost efficient for a family to drive and find parking, than taking the transit. A wonderful stay in Leipzig!

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Very central to visit the Bauhaus buildings, but a bit noisy by train and taxi stand (running engines, music and loud conversations) in front of the door. Sometimes a little annoying in the evening. Great for dog owners, right behind the train station, great walking opportunities in nature. In the apartment, everything was great, everything you need was available. A lot of material on the subject of Bauhaus. Towels, bed linen, etc. Definitely recommended. If we were to go to Dessau again, I would book here again.

The apartment was as shown and described in the photos. The equipment is optimal and we lacked nothing. On the balcony, we could sit comfortably in the evening and let the evening come to an end. We felt very comfortable

I was allowed to be a guest at Katharina's for the second time. She is a very friendly, lovely, warm and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything at the place. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the stylish house. Parking is right in front of the house at all times? – no problem (one street down the road looks different). I would love to come back.

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were very kindly and warmly greeted by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We were greeted by a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy was the sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy veranda and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Definitely one of the most beautiful holiday homes we've been to so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the vacation home was very nicely furnished and the communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

Great place and great host

We felt very comfortable with Denise and Ralf. The place is clean and nicely decorated. They are very friendly hosts and very attentive to the well-being of the guests. We'll be back. :)

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and the surroundings are a dream. On site you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. As a welcome, there was even a small cake and a few nice greetings. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the area. Leipzig Zoo is a 40-minute drive away. Sachsen Therme 20 min. Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastic. On the street to the house there is unfortunately no footpath. After a short walk along the road, there are good paths on foot. We recommend the place.

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 6 adults. Furnished with great attention to detail, almost a museum, but with all the comforts. In good weather, the large, well-equipped terrace is the highlight, and a garden shower also provides cooling. Accompanied by birdsong, especially the cuckoo, we enjoyed the peace, but also the activities (canoe tour, Dessau, cycling,....). Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Martina's and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Everything was well prepared and very clean. We would like to highlight the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen - nothing was missing and you can see that it was furnished with attention to detail. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off, perfect for families like us. Martina was very friendly, helpful and always available. The only small drawback: the second bed in the living room (sofa bed) was unfortunately quite hard – possibly a little uncomfortable for more sensitive backs. Blackout options on the windows would have been a nice touch, especially with a baby. But that's whining at a high level – overall really a great accommodation with a lot of heart and mind. Thank you, dear Martina – we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

We were in the apartment with a small child. Top apartment, great balcony with evening sun.

We spent 4 days at the fair and had a very pleasant stay. The check-in went smoothly, everything was clean and well maintained. Shopping facilities are right nearby, which was very convenient and everything was there that was needed for communal cooking. The trade fair is only 10 minutes away by car, which is ideal for a stay with a trade fair visit. After a long, stressful day at the fair, we were also able to enjoy a delicious restaurant right on the street. All around a recommended place to stay!

The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still the popular area around Karl-Heine-Straße is within walking distance. Buses and trains also leave very close. The Saturday market takes place directly across the street, which we particularly liked. The apartment has a great, sunny balcony where you can enjoy the morning coffee very relaxed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back 😊

Very quiet location in great surroundings. We didn't get to meet the hosts in person, but the communication was very nice. Everything worked out for us and we are happy to recommend the apartment.

The apartment is clean, purposefully and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

If you don't need to be in the heart of Leipzig, this apartment is a fine choice. Parking is great if you have a car and public transportation is great into the heart of Leipzig, taking only a few minutes by tram. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with a washer/ dryer combination. Jens and Carsten are responsive hosts ad very helpful. The bed is comfortable and there are some fie Asian restaurants withincise waking distance as well as a nearby supermarket.

We felt very comfortable. A vacation apartment with comfortable beds, an excellent coffee machine and good amenities. A lot has been invested in the apartment so that guests can feel at home.
