We had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a fantastic location—just a short walk from Marassi Galleria, and also right on the beachfront, which made the experience even more relaxing. The infinity pool was a highlight—my daughter absolutely loved it! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small suggestion: it would be great if the cooking pot was fully compatible with the electric stove, as it took a bit longer to heat up. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located spot in the area!

The place is very wonderful and Professor Ahmed treats nice and clear I first entered the apartment. I liked the arrangement, cleanliness and the spacious room. The area is beautiful and you can come down from the apartment walking right around it with sweet options The presence of water activities in the region with the possibility of using water taxi to go to the Avenues (it was a great experience👍🏼) The only observation is that the view is not identical to the picture as the apartment is on the first floor in addition to the low net For me to be my first choice for any upcoming visit

The place is spacious, clean, and modern. The villa can accommodate more than 7 people — we were a family. The neighborhood is very upscale and close to the bridge, and the area is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. The host is cooperative and responds to all inquiries.

My problem was that the air conditioner was hot. I set it to 10 degrees, and it went down to 23 degrees. This is the limit, and I had to leave the rooms closed for it to cool down. The air conditioner is what tires me. It is 23 degrees, and the weather is hot. Why?

I recently stayed at this beach house and had an absolutely amazing experience. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from beach. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially loved the outdoor seating area and the BBQ grill—perfect for family dinners after a day at the beach. The pool was amazing. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they take great pride in this property. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun family vacation spot, this beach house is ideal. We’re already planning our next visit!

Amazing apartment in the 49th floor with a great view to the see and city. The host was friendly and provided clear check in instructions. We had a minor issue and he resolved it quickly. The accommodation has all amenities including water for drink. Also all towels and soaps are provided. Access to GYM and swimming pool was a great thing for my family. I will definitely come back and recommend the host.

A beautiful place and matching the description and the place is very clean and quiet, the parking is close to the room and the location is excellent and close to the Avenues 4 minutes and Jafir 10 minutes. The place is as though I am in my home, everything is available, quality and clean
