Holiday rentals with beach access in Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Sam Roi Yot. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We drove there and found the parking to be easy and secure, which added to the convenience. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, offering a true escape from the city. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place.

We had an amazing stay at the sea condo from Bin. Peaceful and calm area with a big pool and a modern condo - can't ask for more. We'll come back as soon as we can - Thank You!

Great place, staff were great and the pool area is fantastic. The balcony doesn’t have any furniture at the moment which is a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there in the mornings/evenings.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and much bigger in real life than what it looks in the photos. The other 2 villas in the block weren’t taken so we had the pool, whole space and beach to ourselves. The pool was so much fun and views onto the beach were amazing. The beach is very long, perfect for a stroll although there aren’t any bars or restaurants as far as we walked. Ying was lovely as well. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

This is our second stay at Rawiwan’s place and we were more than happy with our choice. Rawiwan is an excellent host who responds immediately to any communication and the apartment had everything we needed. Sam Roi Yot is a very peaceful and quiet place. The on-site pool is beautiful but hardly used. The on-site staff are friendly and helpful. There are a couple of local restaurants within walking distance and theThai food we had was excellent and reasonably priced. Thank you for another wonderful stay at the Sea Condo.

A fantastic place to stay. Thanaporn has 2 apartments in the condo. One with 46 square meters on the ground floor and one with 52 square meters on the 4 floor. We travel with our 2 small children and have chosen the bigger ones. The apartment is super clean, everything new and chic. Bedroom with large bed and a sofa in living room. Four of us were able to sleep well here. Only, it was a bit bright, we hung something in the windows. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Wundeschön. There is a small kitchen, so we could have a cozy breakfast here and even cook noodles. We were almost the only ones here during the week. There is a big pool and a nice children's pool. There is also a large sandbox with a slide. For beautiful beach you have to drive about 3 km. No problem as you can rent a moped directly in the condo for 200Baht/day. This way you can also make great trips to the national park. Would love to leave at all!

Lovely quiet spot on a simple stretch of beach. The area is quite safe and the expats in the area seem to be largely Swedish retirees. There is a quaint national park adjacent to the community.

The accommodation is very spacious and beautiful. Outside, there is a lovely pool with relaxing daybeds, and it’s located right on the beach. The bed is very comfortable — we had a great sleep during our stay. If anyone is planning to cook, please note that there isn’t a full kitchen. However, the accommodation offers a small BBQ area outside the house where you can grill some seafood.

House was wonderfully located directly on a quiet beach. So from the garden on the beach. On the terrace/garden was a small hot tub which is nice with small children. House was equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils etc. However, it is useful if you want to cook for yourself. This has also been done a lot. Restaurants were all closed after a few. No season. And what was open did not give the Thai quality we are used to. As a wife of the family, a good Thai cook, we are of course also spoiled. Is a destination where it is nice if you are equipped with a car. The moped is nice but a car is desired for visiting restaurants/markets/somewhat larger place for Makro/Lotus. You also have the opportunity to explore the area some worthwhile if you want to go outside the tourist trails. There is so much more than Bangkok etc. All in all, for a “falang ” resident of Thailand with his family, this was another part of Thailand which we explored what was good from this beach house

The host was very friendly and accommodate to our check in time. They are attentive and recommend nearby food to us. The stay was clean, exactly as described and comfortable. The view is nice. Highly recommended.

Cosy and quiet place. Perfect to relax and recover. After arriving we just felt like at home. The house is well maintained and got everything we needed during our stay The kids loved the pool and the nearby beach. .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated house. Every corner reflects a thoughtful and personalized touch that made it feel more like a home than just a rental. The decor is charming, full of light, and very tastefully done — clearly curated with care and attention. It’s not only beautiful but also practical: everything was easy to use, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming space, with personality and warmth! And walking distance from the beach and restaurants! We love the place and how well everything was organized and communicated. Sebastian, co-hosts and K. Rin the house manager were super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is very beautiful, clean, and has everything I could hope for. Thank you for having us.

The villa is very nicely located and is guaranteed to be fun. We really enjoyed being there as a family. The reception and Nadia are very friendly and quick to respond. All in all, we were very please. There are 2 things we need to mention: 1) We couldn't use the kitchen because it didn't have electricity. We shared this with Nadia, but somehow there was a misunderstanding. When we checked out, we learned from the receptionist that the kitchen was forgotten to unlock for us. That was a shame, because we could not prepare our breakfast meal and had to change. 2) the plate floor throughout the house was not very clean. The feet were dirty very quickly. You've also seen this well in the backlight. But we absolutely recommend the place. It is a very nice house and the surroundings/beach is beautiful. We had a great time.

We had a lovely stay at Mikael's apartment. It has direct access to the pool, which is very nice. there is the essentials in the kitchen and several very good restaurants around. A large supemarche Lotus is about minutes away for shopping and there is a 7 eleven about ten minutes away. Thank you very much Michael

This was the perfect oasis. We were a group of 3 grandmas, 4 teenage granddaughters, myself, and my 4-year old daughter. Our purpose was to go somewhere quiet with a pool and near the beach where the kids could play, the grandmas could relax, and I could finish writing my book. Kenneth's place did not disappoint on any point. The house was so beautiful, and we loved the floor to ceiling windows where we could view the ocean from any spot. The large veranda made a great gathering place for meals and chats. The aircons worked very well, although even in the heat of the day, we didn't need to turn them on because the breeze from the ocean was so nice. The showers were super hot and had great pressure. The beach was pristine and super quiet. Even though we were a group of ladies and the place is somewhat secluded, the neighborhood atmosphere gave us a feeling of security. There was always a guard on duty and other staff working around the properties. We will definitely holiday here again.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Nice and clean room, good atmosphere arround. It's quiet place very good for take rest. Host was very nice, very polite.

Lush apartment with incredible views and perfect location

We had a fantastic time at Guarav's place. His place was very spacious and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was large and would easily accomodate more people. Guarav quickly responded to our messages and helped us by buying a new pot for us so we could cook nice meals. It was great to have the washing machine to clean our clothes and there was plenty of space to hang clothing to dry. The terrace was nice to sit on and gave us easy access to the beautiful pool. It was great to have a pool to cool off during the day. It was relaxing to sit by the pool to soak in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay at Guarav's. The manager Kook was awesome and helped us with any questions we had, such a lovely lady. All of the staff were friendly. We would love to come back again. We would advise you to get a scooter to fully enjoy Sam Roi Yot. Our favourite restaurant was (Pa Oen Thai restaurant) Excellent massages at Jib (Prairie was great).

It’s a beautiful place. You feel like in close connection with nature. It’s great fir those who travel by car as all shops are quite far from the place. But there are some cafes nearby and you can enjoy Thai food just right at the beach. The condominium has a nice and big swimming pool and you can enjoy there a lot. The condo we stayed was a spacious one with everything for living. It had a beautiful view to the mountain and it was really great to have breakfast at the balcony with our eyes turned to the mountains. There are nice beds with comfortable mattresses. The host , Kavin, was very nice and easy to communicate with. He was always in touch and helped with everything we asked for. It was a nice experience and we will stay at his apartment again definitely.
