We had a great time staying here ! The host is welcoming and was there to assist during check in. the place is also clean and exactly same as the photo posted .

Very nice place.Hearted pool was good.Clean inside and outside. Close to tourist attraction.Easy to go around town by car , good for family holiday and business.

Наше проживание на этой вилле было просто потрясающим! На самом деле фото не передает насколько фантастически красивая и уютная вилла!В первый же день нашего пребывания мы увидев всю эту красоту решили продлить еще на ночь ( к сожалению больше не располагали временем). Хозяином продумано все до мелочей, начиная от всех кухонных мелочей, уютно обставленных спален и ванных комнат и заканчивая бассейном с подсветкой на улице и грилем со всем необходимым! Также есть во дворе парковка. Путешествуем и жилья снимали много, и это лучшее арендованное нами жилье за все время наших поездок!Хозяин очень отзывчивый, гостеприимен, всегда на связи и при необходимости оказывает помощь. Вообще буквально сразил наповал красивый букет цветов от хозяина, которым нас встретили в день заезда! Также вернувшись вечером на виллу обнаружили велосипеды, которые хозяином любезно были нам предоставлены бесплатно. С удовольствием при возможности вернусь в эту виллу, обязательно надолго и всем буду рекомендовать!!

在这次为期四周的奇妙泰国之旅中，Nikki的房子是一个极大的亮点和惊喜。她的房子属于荷兰式建筑，非常的干净、舒适且温馨，我们俩家人在那里度过了难忘的六天。到达头一日，房东就热情的介绍了周边景点、市场和餐馆，而且房东品味很高，推荐的美食都特别美味，随便点餐，都非常好吃。而且，特大号欧式敞开式厨房，让我可以大显身手。最难忘的是我们在院子里的游泳池度过的美好时光。游泳池是斜坡设计，孩子在那里非常放松，最后都可以摘下浮袖游到深水区。院子里有单独的洗衣房，自己的停车位。院内耸立着小区里最高的热带树木。清晨，躺在吊床上，望着树上结满的果实，听着小鸟独特的叫声，你仿佛置身世外桃源。让我和家人度过了非常轻松惬意的六日。感谢热情的房东一家。

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy cómodo y tiene el plus de la piscina , ideal para relajarse. La recomiendo para familias o grupos de amigos.

Absolutely beautiful place we were the only ones staying here and it really has been our best place in Thailand so far hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and served at whatever time suited us. Hotel style room turn around branded towels super clean cannot fault it one bit. HIDDEN GEM

Wasserdruck sehr niedrig und relativ laut durch den Verkehr an der Straße. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Good place. Nice house. Don’t expect much for breakfast but if you speak earlier with them they provide everything. Good service, but no follow up cleaning or towels were provided. Overall good place. The best part of cafe at home ambience. Amazing rooftop!!

Sehr sehr freundliche Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Immer gut zu erreichen und hat sogar kleine Dinge die ich brauchte für mich eingekauft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, dankeschön.

Nice, spacious and clean. Location is kind of far from town but a short drive to most places. For whatever reason, address never goes well when copy & paste onto Grab, it’s never correct. There is a nice coffee shop and restaurant a short walk. Overall, it was a good stay.

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

I rate accommodations according to value for money, and if the accommodation delivers everything it promises and is clean and does so at a competitive price, they will get a good review. And this is very true for K. Narathip's "Uncle Singha's" house. In fact we rented the whole house (5 bedrooms) mostly because we didn't want to share the house with others, and even still we got better value for money than other places in the area. We started out at a neighboring guest house which turned out to be very unpleasant, so this booking was last minute for us. And still it all went very smoothly. The house came with 2 bicycles which we used regularly. Also, although I've mentioned that we liked the location, this is also because we have friends in this neighborhood--its a ways out of town for many people but was exactly where we wanted to be. And K. Narathip could not have been nicer. We recommend Uncle Singha's.

Lovely stay! The fresh open lanna style does not disappoint and the pool was a nice refresh. A great spot to get away from Chiang Mai and enjoy the smaller city. When in Thailand !

Paopanga was an extremely thoughtful and amicable host who goes above and beyond and her house was absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed the stay. She provided us with everything you could possibly want for (eg water, snacks, fresh orange juice) and made us traditional breakfast too. The house is outside the town, but it is convinent to visit attractions in Chiang Rai. We strongly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Well, where do I start…. We stayed at this house for 8 nights. The AC in the rooms and the office worked really well. The WiFi is super fast (Thanks to Natcha 🙏🏽 who came to the rescue, so appreciative). The location of this house was within walking distance to Big C, the Mall, Night Bazaar and Bus Station which is very convenient. The area was clean and very quiet (all that I could hear was small critters at night). 🤣 lol Big shout out to the host Natcha!👏👍. She was amazing! 🤩 She was very responsive to my emails, very helpful and swiftly addressed any concerns that we had. We were very satisfied with her service and communication. We strongly recommend this place and definitely stay there again whenever we travel back to Chiang Rai. A few recommendations if I may… 1. The beds were a bit too firm (recommend mattress toppers) 2. A washer would be very convenient especially for people with longer stay. 3. Upgrade cooking burner to two for people that like to cook 😋

Ekameth was very helpful and responsive. Recommended lots of eateries and places of attractions. The house cozy and easy to find. The bed is very comfortable and I slept well. I wish I had more nights there but I will be back.
