Beautiful villa in the middle of nature. Fully equipped and ergonomically designed. Anne was very helpful and very kind to make us delicious breakfast. We all had a wonderful time at the villa and will definitely come back for longer stay.

Chantal is een goede host die echt zijn best doet voor zijn gasten. We kregen heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend op het afgesproken uur. De locatie is perfect om het natuurpark te bezoeken. Dat is echt een aanrader. In het dorpje vind je lekkere restaurants, winkels en een wassalon. Bij chanatat zelf kan je verfrissen in het zwembad. De airco in de slaapkamer werkt geweldig.

和訳して I had a pleasant two-day stay in a place just as pictured. The host’s responses were always quick. They accommodated my requests as much as possible, and I appreciated them lighting the BBQ fire before my arrival.

Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway in Khao Yai. We celebrated a birthday with a big group and it was exactly what we needed. Hosts were super responsive and made the whole stay a breeze :)

The space here is great and much bigger than appears in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the pool and surrounding area which was large and surrounded by trees and tranquility. The location was also great set in a resort park which allowed access to a small water park for children with slides. It was just a short walk down to the main road with some great eateries (must try 505!) and importantly only a 10 minute drive from the entrance to Koh Yai national park or the hot springs. Some of the furniture in the house was dated and uncomfortable. The double bed in the downstairs room was much too hard for myself. We also struggled with kitchen equipment. No butter knives and only a plug-in induction hob for use. However, we were able to make do and if you plan to eat at the gorgeous spots close by, this won’t be an issue. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to stay for the peace and quiet it offers near to the national park!

if the pool is cleaner it would be better. We did enjoy our staying time here with the deco & service

I took my family here for a 10-day vacation. This is the best house I've stayed in in recent years. It's tasteful and made of real materials. The garden is very beautiful and my two-year-old daughter played happily every day. I'm very sorry that my wife picked papaya near the house to make soup. I was very angry but it was very delicious. It's very convenient to go to different shopping malls and supermarkets in 15-20 minutes. I recommend Midwinter Restaurant, which we went to twice, and the National Park. There are many authentic Thai restaurants at the foot of the mountain, and the price is very cheap. The people here are very simple and not so commercial. The landlord is very beautiful and took good care of us. Unforgettable memories.Thx

The place was beautiful and well-maintained. The host is very easy to communicate with.

Brian and his wife are kind and helpful. They were flexible and negotiable on the check in/check out time. Their place is quiet and private so it’s perfect for families and friends who would like to relax and have peace and quiet. Recommended for big families/group. You need to bring car otherwise it’s difficult to get to places as public transport in Khao Yai is very limited. Overall, we had a nice time at Brian and his family’s house and we would surely stay again if we ever visit Khao Yai again.

Kamol’s place looks so much better in person! We had five people in our group and each and every one of us agreed that we’re definitely coming back for future visits. The house itself is located next to a reservoir along with our own little pool and a slide. We enjoyed hanging out next to the reservoir and the pool towards the end of the day. Gets really pretty :) Perfect location as it’s surrounded by cute restaurants and coffee shops, and also right next to a convenience store and a pharmacy. Only downside was that the hot water wasn’t running on the first day, but Kamol responded right away and sent his handyman to fix the problem. We would’ve normally been fine with no hot water in Thailand but the weather was surprisingly cold so we needed it. We also asked for daily housekeeping which was charged extra but was totally worth it. Again, Kamol responded really quick to coordinate with his team. Really glad we found Kamol’s place and we’re definitely coming back :)

We had a delightful stay. The cozy atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a memorable vacation. เป็นที่พักใหม่ค่ะ ตัวบ้านสวย สงบ อยู่ในหมู่บ้าน ทำเลดี ใกล้สวนสัตว์โบนันซ่า หน้าซอยมีเซเว่น ในวันที่ไปพัก เจ้าของบ้านใจดีมาก มี welcome afternoon tea เตรียมไว้ให้ (น่าจะโปรโมชันช่วงเปิดใหม่) ตกแต่งบ้านน่ารักมากค่ะ มีตุ๊กตาวางไว้ให้ มีจัดต้นคริสต์มาส อุปกรณ์ในที่พักครบถ้วน เครื่องครัวครบ ยังใหม่เอี่ยม มีไวน์ไว้ให้ด้วย (ถ้าต้องการซื้อ) สามารถมาพักผ่อนกับเพื่อนๆ หรือกับครอบครัวได้สบายเลย มีคาราโอเกะไว้ให้ มีอุปกรณ์ปิกนิกสำหรับสายคอนเท้น สามารถสั่งหมูกระทะมากินได้ อีกทั้งห้องต่างๆยังกว้างมากค่ะ รวมถึงห้องน้ำ ที่กว้างและสวยมาก ที่พักอาจจะมีแมลงนิดหน่อย เพราะอยู่ใกล้ป่ากับแม่น้ำ แต่เจ้าของที่พักก็เตรียมยากันยุงให้พร้อมค่ะ โดยรวมประทับใจมากค่ะ ^^

lovely new house in peaceful, idyllic location. This is the perfect place to stay close to the Khao Yai national park.
