мы остались очень довольны квартирой. теплая, светлая, прекрасное расположение в этом районе. практически никуда не надо было ездить , все что нужно для жизни можно купить в радиусе 500 метров. очень довольны и хозяивами, любые вопросы решались без проволочек, быстро. спасибо им.

Wonderful hosts, on time airport pickup, easy access to the apartment. Walkable to groceries, pharmacies, bakeries, and to the river. We had a wonderful stay with our family. We will be back again!

Great experience and rental here. Locating the unit was a little challenging, the building is currently still under construction so it was a little weird walking through floors with electrical lines hanging and elevator with wrapping still on it. The unit itself was almost flawless, all lights and electric worked as well as heat and plumbing. Comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen if you need that. Water cooler was not filled so did have to purchase bottled water (FYI). Overall unit was clean, organized and had a nice little welcome amenity included (bottle of wine, chocolate and stickers). Location is great in New Gudauri, close to Good Aura Gondola, with plenty of ski/snowboard rentals around, and plenty of restaurants. Overall a great trip with a nice comfortable apartment that can definitely sleep the 8 people as advertised with no issues.

We were there only for a night as we wanted to check chronicles of georgia and transfer to the airport which is close to this stay. It is outskirts of tbilisi. We stayed in tbilisi old town for 4 nights so this was a good break from the city, peaceful and good view of the lake. The only thing I felt was it may not be safe to walk around at night as the neighbourhood is very calm with no one around and it is on the highway road I think. So we got our dinner delivered to the hotel. It is just my opinion. Other than that the host is helpful, responsive, the place is as shown in the pictures. They also have food menu and there are restaurants within 3 minute walk.

Comfortable accommodation that reminds your grandma’ summer house. Not far from the road , nice view from the terrace, three spacious bedrooms and sitting room. The hosts are amazingly friendly, Nutsa speaks Russian and English fluently, always ready to help. Hope to see you again, Nutsa and Xvisha, thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Really great place, great communication with the owner. She is friendly and with attitude to people, very good and stable wi-fi, very clean rooms and bathroom. We could eat dinner at balcony. Near to the shop and lake. I recommend.

Really great host with a beautiful airbnb near the water with the best view. House was very clean and comfortable. The upstairs was a bit cold but I’m from Texas so everything is cold for me lol Thank you for letting us book

We had the best time staying at Nino's place. This is actually a small and quiet village on the bank of beautiful lake. Suites ideally for retreats or meditations for large companies. Although there are several things to keep in in mind. Looks like Ninos house was just prepared - there some contruction undergoing. There are two bathrooms one inside the house and one outside. The hot water shower works only in external one which is not so comfortable. Also house is bit asketic - almost no furniture in bedrooms (jsut bed and wardrobe) and few place to sit in dining room. Sadly there is no microwave. Also strongly recommend to have a car when visiting - even smallest grocery stores are relatively far. Overall we had very nice time - peaceful and relaxing. Kids had lots of space both indoor and outdoor. Very nice lake view from the balcony especially valued when you come out with morning coffee
