Beautiful pool and well-kept outdoor area, we were lucky that no other apartment was occupied so we had the pool to ourselves.

We, a family of four, did very much enjoy our stay here. The place is a bit remote and the road there is partially rough yet it’s worth it. The house was big and clean, the view is fantastic and the pool is great. Luciano; the facility manager, is a very kind person. Dimitrios we never met but he is certainly helpful and quickly responding. While we originally rented to bridge dates/accommodations, we could easily have stayed there during our entire time on Andros.

The house is very nice and comfortable and the location is fantastic. We spent some nice evenings in the outdoor area and enjoyed the nice swimming pool. The owners, George and Alexandra, were very helpful and hospitable and we spent beautiful days in Andros. Thanks for everything.

Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself was impeccably designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Greek charm. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, were perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Our host was incredibly communicative and gracious, ensuring that our stay was seamless from start to finish. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, adding a personal touch that made our trip even more special. If you're looking for a luxurious and serene getaway in Andros, this villa is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

After seeing that Touchstone House was mentioned as: Best village stay, by Conde Nast Traveler, we were delighted to find it on Airbnb. We loved it. We loved the design, the gardens, the pool and many patios and the eclectic mix of high-end amenities and Mediterranean simplicity. It’s a great house to relax, hang out, chill and be comfortable in, with many outdoor areas. It is close to Chora and the beach, with amazing walks and still private and secluded. We enjoyed going through the village and up the pretty path. Everyone was hospitable…kind and polite. We got fresh farm eggs from the neighbor. The staff is brilliant and all areas are impeccably clean and maintained. We will definitely be back. Andros is amazing. John.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay at and exactly like the pictures! Private and very large family villa, with a beautiful view. There is a parking for the car as well. Swimming pool cleaned every day. Very good communication with the host and friendly. Strongly recommend! Thank you!

Wonderful stay in an ideal location. We all had a perfect stay at Constantine’s place. Right in the centre of everything. Beautiful view of the sea, a stones throw from swimming in the ocean. Glorious beaches aplenty. Lots of lovely restaurants, bars, pharmacies and coffee shops. Bakers, potters, local shops. Supermarket. The town is picturesque, with churches and that wonderful Greek vibe. In the heart of everything. Constantine was a great host. Very responsive. Answered all questions when raised. And had some great recommendations. Nothing was a problem. The house itself is beautiful and well worth the money. Like a home from home. You are instantly at ease and can enjoy a vino on the veranda. Great for families, couples on a romantic get away. Or if you want some privacy when travelling alone. Totally and completely recommended. The photos don’t do it justice. A perfect place to stay in a perfect location.

Argyris was a great host, always responsive and kind. His place is exactly as descibed and as depicted in the photos. This is a truly ideal location if you are looking for serenity and a calm environment with a truly amazing view. At the same time, you can be in the very polular area of Batsi in less than 20 mins by car, a selection of beaches in less than 15 mins, and 35 minutes from the town of Andros. Great add on: A small walk away from the fantastic family run taverna "The Aegean Balcony", one of the best places to eat in Andros!

A great stay for our family as we sought a slower pace for our time. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, accomodate the 4 of us, and enjoy time inside and outdoors. The view of the sea from the covered front porch was amazing! We ate dinner out there every night! The wifi was reliable and covered everywhere we used it. There was plenty of space for all of us to find our own quiet place to enjoy some time reading or relaxing.

We had a great time in the apartment - the view is amazing and even better than on the pictures. The apartment was super clean and we found everything we needed. The owner Yiannis answered always within a few minutes and gave as great suggestions for Andros.

Our stay was fantastic, the place is beautiful, it’s elegantly furnished, very well equipped and respects the nature around the house, the views are captivating and the silence and tranquility of the surrounding offers a great getaway from our busy lives. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Raphael was a great host and the house offers a great treat. He was always responsive and attentive and did everything possible to sort out emerging issues.

Very nice place , perfect for sleeping and relaxing, it covers your basic needs ! The house is in a very central spot , very close to the beach but it is very quiet ! Konstantina very helpful , welcomed us and suggested a place to go !

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is small but cute and perfectly fine for 2 people. We were really impressed that even though the place is small, they really made the most out of it and we didn’t miss anything. We loved breakfasts on the small balcony and especially overlooking the sea and beach from the bedroom. The location is really good, only steps away from the beach and other lovely swimming locations as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets but at the same time peaceful and quiet. If you love cats, you will be in heaven as there are lots of street cats in the area that will be happy about some food or cuddling. Chrysanthi is a lovely host, always happy to help and nice to talk to. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Very nice host and great accommodation! It is close to Andros port and a small private beach. Strongly recommend it for your stay in Gavrio.

We loved our stay, we swam in the beach every morning, plenty of space for our family. Irene was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely look at coming back one day!

The house is located in a green estate, in a quiet location. It is spacious, clean and beautiful and has a beautiful view! It's comfortable for four people. The kids were creatively busy on the estate and enjoyed the countryside! It is very close to Chora by car and a large supermarket of the neighborhood. Maria was very helpful, kind and hospitable. She always answered our questions in a timely manner. We had a great time! Thank you so much.

Excellent stay, the house is larger than it appears in the photos, very pretty, very well located with a superb beach below (you have to climb up!), close to Chora. Mayan, Poseidon's mother, is adorable! Full of small touches. It makes you want to come back.

Eugenia and Lorenzo’s house is a real paradise, totally peaceful as well as cosy and comfortable. We spent three very happy days there, and could not have asked for a more perfect place. It is a real home, and has clearly been decorated with love and care - as another reviewer said, this house has soul! Eugenia gave us lots of wonderful tips for beaches and restaurants, all of which were great. We left Andros rested and with full hearts, already planning when we might be able to return. Great and spatious house with a huge terrace and a splendid view to the sea and the hills Everything was wonderful. Just one thing: A car (preferably a jeep) is needed because the house is located on a steep hill, which makes the view even greater.
