We stayed for one night in Katerina’s place and it was ideal for this, as well for a longer stay. Excellent mattress, bed and bathroom linen, large living room with plenty of natural light, sea view balconies, and fully air conditioned. Ideally situated as there is public parking available and you can then walk around Chora. Katerina was also friendly and responsive, making things easy. The self checkin is also helpful. Only note the small number of staircase steps you have to walk to get to the apartment; not an issue for me, but might be for some others. If you don’t have a mobility difficulty, this shouldn’t scare you though. Highly recommended

We visited Andros with our whole family (our 2-year-old twins and our 4-year-old daughter). The apartment is located at Batsi but in a very safe and quiet neighborhood which is 2 minute walk from the sea-front (with all the bars, restaurants, cafes, etc) and 2 minutes walk from a large supermarket. The apartment was fully equipped with all the appliances and accessories needed for a 5 member family to continue their every day routine, since we cooked several times ourselves. The appartment has its own parking space. The temperature was about 20 degrees celsius, thus we didn't use air conditioning a lot, despite it was August! The host (Mrs Ioanna) was very hospitable, helpful and kind during the whole process. We hope we will be able to travel in Andros again in the future!

Nice flat in Stenies with a nice view and Aris is a great host. Aris’ flat is comfortable and — very worth knowing — two of the windows have bug screens. This is important as there are flies and mosquitos. Most rentals will not have any screens. All as stated in listing. The walk from the parking to the flat is mostly level but with a steep staircase at the end. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

Environnement d'un beauté exceptionnelle. Le logement est en adéquation avec le village. Nous nous recherchons ce type de logement qui fait parti des Cyclades. L'hote Loannis ainsi que sa maman Margarita ont été d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est petit mais cela ne nous a absolument pas gené. Le petit patio face à la mer pour prendre un café est une vrai carte postale.

This is a beautifully renovated home with a fantastic view. The home is super comfortable and cool in the summer. Stenies is one of the prettiest towns in Andros and is less than 10 minutes from both Chora and the beach. The communication from Spiros and his team was also exceptionally good, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The view from the terrace was spectacular, with the mountains being on display in the day and houses lighting up the view like lanterns at night. The house was immaculate and Theologos was a friendly host, answering all of our questions and even bringing us homemade pie. The town is a quick 10 minute walk away- where there a plenty of lovely cafes restaurants and two beaches. We had the best time.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για να γυρίσεις με τα πόδια το μπατσί, ακριβώς από κάτω ήταν η παραλία!Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ωραίος πεντακάθαρος πραγματικά άξιζε.Η Κατερίνα μας εξυπηρέτησε τέλεια και την ευχαριστούμε που μας έδωσε την δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε το δωμάτιο ότι ώρα θέλουμε!Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε !!

Идеальное место для тех, кто хочет убежать от суеты, людей и проблем большого города. Невероятные рассветы, пение цикад, перекличка петухов, звездное небо и ласковое море. Немноголюдные пляжи даже в разгар летнего сезона. Очень комфортное проживание. Продумано все до мелочей для вашего уюта. Дизайн в нежно-голубых греческих тонах, удобная кровать, окна с жалюзями и москитными сетками, полный набор посуды, чайник, кофеварка, сушилка с прищепками, утюг, гладильная доска. Есть соль и сахар, оливковое масло, кофе. В холодильнике меня ждало две больших бутылки воды. Это было очень актуально. Спасибо! В ванной комнате много полотенец, шампунь, гель, мыло. Отдельный мой восторг - окно в ванной комнате с видом на море! Это так здорово! Невероятный вид с балкона, надеюсь, мне будет еще долго сниться в моих прекрасных снах о Греции. Хочу сказать огромное спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимство, душевность, мой комфорт и личный трансфер от автобуса и обратно. Спасибо, Димитра, Греция в моем сердце!

We appreciated the refreshments, selection of snacks and multiple amenities you provided, which made us feel that you truly care about your customers. Maria was an amazing host! She was very warm and welcoming and made sure to give us several useful recommendations and show us around the house. The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. She also ensured that there were local delicacies waiting for us as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect to explore the island. It was close to the beach and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. We would recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

Kiki et Ioannis ont été vraiment adorables. Nous avons eu droit à plusieurs cadeaux de leur part, légumes du jardin et vin fait maison. Merci pour ces présents. Nous avons eu une bonne communication et ils ont été réactifs pour toutes nos questions. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Emplacement au bord de la route mais comme l'appartement est en hauteur sur la montagne, il n'y a pas de nuisances. La plage de Paleopoli est en contrebas, au bout d'une piste et n'est pas très fréquentée pour ceux qui aiment le calme et l'authenticité. Contrairement aux plages de Batsi et Golden beach qui sont bondées. Pour vous déplacer à paleopoli, il y a un bus qui fait toute l'île mais nous avons préféré louer une voiture car cela est plus pratique pour se déplacer. Bonne expérience pour nous.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Aγγελος. Le logement est très bien situé, était très propre à notre arrivée et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir. Aγγελος nous a permis une arrivée flexible ce qui nous a été très utile et était disponible pendant le séjour pour nous fournir des recommandations ou de l'aide. Nous remercions Aγγελος pour l'accueil et recommandons son logement aux autres voyageurs 😊

Μείναμε στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι 9 ημέρες και σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, καθώς το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα! Ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και λειτουργική. Τα δωμάτια είχαν επαρκείς ντουλάπες και χώρους αποθήκευσης. Κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες μια χαρά επίσης. Η βεράντα είχε καταπληκτική θέα προς το Μπατσί και τη θάλασσα. Η Μαργαρίτα πολύ άμεση και εξυπηρετική. Στα αρνητικά του σπιτιού θα ανέφερα την εγγύτητα στον κεντρικό δρόμο και τη σχετική φασαρία, το ότι τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια δεν έχουν κλιματισμό και ότι το wifi δεν λειτουργούσε επαρκώς για τους 4 μας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε συγκρότημα, το οποίο θα χρειαζόταν συντήρηση και περιποίηση στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Η γενική μας εντύπωση είναι σε κάθε περίπτωση θετική.

Great place. It is a very cozy and super clean apartment with modern and slightly nordic design located on the edge of the main street just 3 min away from the shops and restaurants and 5 min away from the bus stop. The closest beach is just 8 min walking distance. Zoe and her husband were super friendly and gave us recommendations about the town and its attractions as well as some historical facts about the island. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Chora! Thank you so much Zoe!

We immediately got a good feeling as Mr. Demetris welcomed us with his big smile and friendly character. He even met us at the port to guide us home, although the house is at a very convenient location close to the port and easy to find. The house is spacious and as shown in the pictures and has a big terrace with a great view. For us travelling with a baby, a very big plus as we get home early at night and can enjoy the evening with a view. Also important was fast 10mins access to our favourite beaches of Fellos, Agios Petros and Psili Ammos. Overall a very pleasant stay and would choose it again for our next time on Andros.

Όμορφο και ανετο διαμέρισμα στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία του νησιού. Πολύ ωραίες παραλίες προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια, υπέροχος φούρνος πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι όπως και επίσης σούπερ μάρκετ πολύ κοντά στο διαμέρισμα για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί.

La casa è stupenda ed una una posizione Ideale per visitare Andros. Iannis e la moglie sono persone splendide che ci hanno accolto come fossimo a casa nostra, ci hanno sempre rifornito dei prodotti dell'orto ed offerto anche un'ottima cheese pie greca, inoltre Iannis ci ha suggerito spiagge e taverne dove mangiare. La casa è pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario ha inoltre una vista bellissima sulla baia di Fellos che ci ha regalato tramonti meravigliosi. A mio avviso questa è la casa ideale se si vuole soggiornare ad Andros sia per la posizione in zona tranquilla ma a ridosso di belle spiagge accessibili (la migliore è attaccata alla casa) che per la vicinanza al porto ed alle zone più frequentate come Batsi, non ultima l'ospitalità che si riceve.

Όπως έχουν γράψει και πολλοί άλλοι πριν από εμάς, πρόκειται για ένα ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα σε μια πολύ καλή και βολική τοποθεσία με καταπληκτική θέα. Όλες οι ανέσεις και οι υπέροχες παραλίες στα πόδια μας.Το σημαντικότερο όμως απ' όλα ήταν το εγκάρδιο χαμόγελο και η διάθεση της Τασούλας (Αναστασίας) να ικανοποιήσει άμεσα κάθε μας ανάγκη και επιθυμία. Μεγάλη αξία για μένα το πλυντήριο!!! Τα μαγιό και οι πετσέτες μας πάντα φρεσκοπλυμένα και χωρίς κόπο. Σίγουρα προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα σε κάθε ταξιδιώτη της Άνδρου και θα θέλαμε πολύ να τα ξαναπούμε με την Τασούλα και όλους τους τόσο φιλόξενους ντόπιους μαγαζάτορες. Ελληνική φιλοξενία στα καλύτερά της. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Σε ωραίο σημείο με καθαρή θάλασσα κάτω από το κατάλυμα και δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες. εξαιρετική θέα και ηλιοβασίλεμα . Οικογενειακό περιβάλλον, ήσυχο. Ο κύριος Μάρκος εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός. Επίσης το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο Μπατσί.

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, με πολύ όμορφη οικογένεια. Σε έκανε να νιωθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου! Πεντακάθαροι χώροι, φροντισμένοι και ήταν πολύ γλυκό εκ μέρους τους που φροντίζουν τους φιλοξενούμενους τους με ένα πολύ προσεγμένο πρωινό, πάνω στις ανάγκες μας.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα στη χώρα της Άνδρου κοντά στον πεζόδρομο, άνετο για 4 άτομα, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.Η επικοινωνία μας με τη Βιολέττα ήταν άψογη και η μητέρα της η κυρία Ελένη μας υποδέχτηκε και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί!

Philip was extremely helpful. He picked us up from the port and drove us to the house, showing us the best restaurants, local supermarkets and where the the best beaches were. He advised us re local walks and leant us a map and was on hand for any further questions. The place is well located for restaurants, would strongly recommend the Riva fish restaurant also only 15 mins walk to the lovely Agios Petros beach. Easy to get around usin the bus. We went to Batsi which was very nice. A really enjoyable stay.

Πολύ βολική θέση κοντά στο κέντρο της Χώρας, καθαρός και βολικός ο χώρος, εξυπηρετική κουζίνα λειτουργικό μπάνιο, παροχές επαρκεστατες, ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι.

We definitely recommend Villa Athina. Communication with Fragiskos was easy and appreciated, arrival and departure flexible. We found everything that we need + a wonderful view on a large balcony, a pleasant beach just down the street, the essentials to make coffee and to cook. A great value for the price and a good starting point to discover Andros!
