Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mozambique

We loved our stay and Peter and Charmaine were great hosts. Showed us all the great spots and super helpful with any questions we had. The house is in a great location with beautiful views and just a short walk to the beach. This is definitely one of the place to stay when visiting Barra Beach!

The house is very well cared for, clean and extremely well equipped for an enjoyable stay. 20m far from the beach in a calm residence area, yet close to Ponta do Ouro's heart. House personnel is friendly and immediately available to clean and support you. Clare is a super host! Really recommended.

This is the second time we've stayed at Tom's house. Once again we had a lovely stay. Super relaxing and beautiful location. From the deck we saw up to 3 pods of dolphins a day swimming past. The staff at the 360 restaurant were super helpful and friendly - prepping our caught fish for us and cooking it beautifully. We also highly recommend the icecream shop on Ponta d'Ouro and the friendly professional diving experience with Back to Basics adventures with Jenny and Rupert (also in Ponta d"Ouro).

Larisa was a fantastic and responsive host. The house is very cute with great attention given to detail in the decoration and amenities. The house is very private with secure parking, and close to all restaurants, beach and the shopping center. This will be our first choice when visiting Ponta do Ouro in the future as it is definitely value for money. Thank you Lasisa for making us feel so welcome.

Amazing house just a few steps from the gorgeous beach! We loved the garden and pool too. The staff were amazing as well. We had such a lovely time!

This has truly been an incredible experience in my life. I had planned to stay for4 weeks, but ended up staying 3 months — and even then, it was hard to leave. The place is even more beautiful than in photos, with the light shifting all day long, creating the most magical moods. The view is truly the best in Tofo — waking up and seeing the ocean from the bed ! Everything is perfectly taken care of: cleaning and laundry are done immaculately 3x a week. But what truly made this stay unforgettable is Corinna. She is pure kindness and warmth — the kind of person who will do everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect, not because she has to, but because that's who she is. Her generosity and kindness made me feel so welcome, safe, and happy. This place isn't just beautiful — it feels like home. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back. I almost write this review with regret, because I wish this little paradise could stay hidden so I can always come back to escape the world.

Paradise properties is easy to find, right on the road that runs next to the beach. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed, appliances and ACs all worked well, and the pool was nice and cool. We arrived after reception closed but the security team were very friendly and prepared to let us in, all the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a path to thr beach right in front of the entrance and it’s not steep. The only caution I would add is that the balcony is made out of steel cables, so a toddler can get past it and fall, but that is clear in the photos that were provided so you just need to keep that in mind. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend it!

I booked the flat for my family, coming to visit me in Maputo. The apartment is very well located, in a residential and peaceful areas. It has everything you need to feel at home and Moises and Mara were always very helpful, responsive and flexible. Thank you!!

O apartamento é bem localizado em uma zona segura e perto de tudo. Além disso, atende às expectativas e necessidades, é limpo e organizado. A Rosalina é super atenciosa e responde a qualquer questão a tempo e hora; a comunicação é impecável. Com certeza, é um lugar que sugiro e que irei voltar.

Pleasant stay. Host exceed my expectations. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Ac units throughout the apartment even in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked if you enjoy cooking, you will wish for nothing. The Butler Mr. Juliao exceeded our expectations, attentive, responsive, I worried about nothing during my stay . This will not be my last stay. Be aware it can get loud in the Master bathroom for there is a shop on the ground floor.

Michel is the greatest host, very considerate. He went way out of his way with a very early check in that happened around midnight. Stayed over for four nights and we have zero regrets. The place is very homey, cozy, fancy, clean, secure and fulfilling so much so that we even ditched some of our plans just to stay in. It’s close to Maputo’s best mall, the mall also holds enough restaurants and sits right on the beach.

Realmente Música do mar, ocean view, es mucho más lindo q las fotos. Muy linda vista al mar, un balcón muy grande con gran vista al mar, y un deck más cercano aún al mar, ese es espacio compartido, pero nos tocó solos. Hermosos pájaros pudimos escuchar y ver. Muy privado, súper tranquilo, a diez minutos del centro caminando por la playa. La cocina muy práctica. La ducha impecable. Natelino es una gran ayuda, nos recibió, ofreció limpiar si queríamos, cocinarnos, hacer compras, lavar la ropa, es muy muy atento. Y consigue muy freco pescado, langosta, langostinos enormes, calamares, todo del día. Todos los días comimos esas exquiciteces. También proporcionan la información para transfer desde el aeropuerto de Inhambane, q usamos. Y para taxi local, ya q nosotros nos manejamos sin auto, sin ningún problema, caminando o con taxi. Estuvimos 5 días, cambiaron sábanas y toallas. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento, lo disfrutamos, excelente relación precio/ calidad!

Had a great stay at unit 17 Boa Vida. Fully air conned which suited perfectly as it was a hot weekend. Kitchen has all you need and there is also a gas braai. Closely situated to the hotel so you can even eat meals there if you wish. The beach is awesome for swimming and snorkeling so take your gear! Easy to find and the host was really happy to help with anything we needed. Don’t go if you don’t have a 4x4 or a shuttle to lift you :)

We had an excellent holiday. Nichole was very helpful with providing upfront information, and Nic was helful while we were there. The beach was beautiful! We enjoyed snorkling 2km up the beach, as well as swimmimg with the dolphins. Would definitely recommend a 4x4 to get there and make sure you have offline maps. Its actually pretty easy to get there, but there are not many signs. Thanks!

Ana is a very welcoming host. The apartment is shared, but Ama is not there most of the time. Her house is well furnished, comfortable and very clean. It is located near many restaurants and supermarkets. The area is safe to walk even at night. We loved our stay.
