My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

We stayed in the house next to the pool, the accommodation met all our expectations, it is very spacious, the kitchen had everything necessary to organize our meals and the views are spectacular. The rooms are a good size and well lit. We were also lucky enough to be able to participate in an event/meeting that John had organized and that included a very complete dinner in a super family atmosphere. I recommend asking John about his events and trying to coordinate your stay with one of them to live that experience too. Thank you for everything John, we will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, spacious and great for family events. Every room has a private shower and restrooms. My family was so happy with the house. 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and 6 minutes walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. We are definitely coming back to this house. Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.

Great unit to stay. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM make sure you arrange it with the staff. I did not know this and it was a bit of a hassle to check out and had to leave 45 minutes later then I wanted to leave.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

Luis was very efficient with the check in. He even organized a scooter for me from Green Expeditions which was delivered to me in 20 minutes. Luis gave lots of great suggestions of places to visit on the island. The garden is very tranquil with hammocks and a great swimming pool.

Amazing Beach House! This place is absolutely wonderful. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is spectacular—perfect for anyone who enjoys privacy and relaxation. It's just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants, which made our stay even better. We had such a great experience and will definitely be visiting again!

Amazing the experience staying on Katie’s Villa, the views were unique and immaculate vibes. Spacious villa with high roof. They are the fastest replying host I have ever got, Also ask for Dennys he will help you get setup you up for anything you need in town awesome and friendly local. We had an amazing stay here. We actually wished we had an extra day to just chill and enjoy the pool and view. Saw so many birds, monkeys, and a sloth. Def need an SUV for the area and the roads leading to the house. Also, you are in the wild, so expect critters to be around. Nothing was in our bed, and we slept fine, though! Communication was quick and easy, and everything was great. We were glad we were away from the noise of the town and figured we would have to drive to the beaches anyway, so we might as well get something with a view! 10/10 recommend!

Nice cozy place, we loved it, and Jose and his sister were so nice and they gave us best quality coffee in the morning for free, also he was available at anytime . Definitely worth it!!

My partner and I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, easy to get to grocery/atm or restaurants. Having a scooter made things easier but everything is also walkable. We were surprised to find how windy this side of the island gets, but it keeps the temperature cooler and easy to sleep in. Our private hostel was spacious and clean - and coming from the U.S. we found the price to be well worth it.

very good value for money. the kitchen and fridge are functional. the place is quiet and tranquil. the terrace with views of the lake and the volcano is beautiful! ojo de agua and a beach are within walking distance. possibility to rent a scooter on site at the lowest price that is possible to find on the island. very good scooter practically new. the hosts are adorable, good advice. we recommend it!! 🙏😁 gracias para todo!

Very clean spacious accomodation. Bigger than I expected and yhe bed was so comfortable too. I must say I had a very relaxing stay here and I would highly recommend staying here.

He was a great host, helping us very effectively despite the short time we made the arrangements. The house is impeccable, very comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent. And all communications with great efficiency and a permanent smile.

We only stayed one night on our way to Costa Rica. Hans is very friendly and showed us the apartment and how everything works! It had everything we needed and was exactly as described online. A little noisy during the night, because it's quite close to the main street, but earplugs helped! Thank you Hans!

Mikes place was fantastic. Big house, nice cool breeze. Modern kitchen. Really nice design. Lots of birds to watch as main floor is at level of tree tops. The walk to both beaches is short and pleasant. The caretaker was friendly, efficient and reliable. I recommend you go. Enjoy!!

Really enjoyed the space especially the scenic view of the upper floor and the rustic vibe of the kitchen. Julie was also a fantastic host who was super kind and responsive. We felt very welcomed in this place and any dramas we had were sorted out immediately!
