We're very grateful that Jean-Pierre opens his sister's gorgeous house and garden for guests. We had the most wonderful time in this huge house and the 2 gardens! Our cats loved the secured garden around the house, but there is also another huge garden at the river. The house, the two gardens, the village, the canal is all very peaceful and quiet and was exactly what we needed. The location and house was exactly as discribed. And there is also a free parking space 2 min walk away. Communication with Jean -Pierre is very relaxed and easy, he's always very responsive and very helpful. He gave us great tips and also his lovely friend Christa was very helpful with tips e.g. for best restaurants. Someone else wrote about the house, "the imperfections made it perfect" and that's exactly how we felt about it as well. We'll definitely be back and can't praise it enough.

The place is paradise! the garden is splendid, the banks of the Yonne are conducive to meditation, the village is quiet and also close to shops and tourist places. Cécile was attentive to our special requests (large beds, dog, ...) which allowed us to fully enjoy her beautiful and large house. Everything was perfect!
