Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Amazing house to stay while in Auckland, our group had an incredible time and felt very special staying in such a beautiful house!

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

Our Family (2 Adults, 2 Children 5y & 3Y) had a fantastic stay. The location was quiet and close enough to everything. Beautiful Walking track 2 mins from the front door which feels very distant from the city location. The Pool, which is the perfect size for the property, is great for the kids and deep enough for adults to soak in, it also feels very safe with the fencing. The kid's rooms are perfect for children up to their teenage years and the master bedroom is comfortable and has a good view of the backyard (Tramp and Pool), allowing you to relax from inside and watch kids outside. Off-street parking is covered and easy to access and the living area and kitchen are all nice and family friendly. Thanks again for hosting us and we look forward to returning one day.

This Ponsonby villa was the perfect base for my Auckland trip. Spacious, stylish, and full of charm, it had everything I needed, an upgraded kitchen, plenty of fridge space, great espresso machine, and a beautiful courtyard with pool, loungers, and outdoor fireplace. The rainfall shower might be the star of the house, it was a luxury experience. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the open-plan layout made it feel airy and relaxing. Just a short walk (about 2,000 steps) to Ponsonby Road, with amazing coffee and breakfast at Dizengoff. Amy was a responsive and thoughtful host, she quickly fixed a door lock issue, which made me feel safe and well cared for. The house blends old character with modern upgrades, which fits the Ponsonby vibe perfectly. Even the recycling system (with 5 bins!) was easy to adapt to. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

Beautiful family home, which accommodated all my families needs! - Homely feel as soon as you walk in - Single level for my elderly parents - Fully fenced for my fur baby - A spacious 3 Bedroom place giving us a load of space to do our own thing. - Super central! Easy access to all motorways so we could get around Auckland. Will definitely stay again if we ever stay in Auckland again! Thank you Nicole!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ponsonby, the place was clean and very nicely updated and perfectly spacious for our two families. The location is just a short walk to the shops and eateries on the main street and was very quiet which was great for a good nights sleep. The property has 3 levels with rooms on each so it was a little bit challenging for the young kids and there were lots of decorative artefacts/homewares which was aesthetically very nice but again hard to manage with the kids. I look forward to staying again once the kids are a bit older.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Great location in Grey Lynn a short walk to Ponsonby Road. Beautiful sunny villa. Lovely bedrooms. An ideal spot for a few days. Very friendly, responsive host. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. We needed somewhere for children and it was great. Close to shops, including a quick walk to the mall if you need anything. Charlotte was very quick to respond and even got a new iron as we had a wedding to go to. Really amazing space and value for $$

Perfect place for the weekend. Had everything we needed including up and downstairs heating. Lovely and clean. Nice neighborhood, close to the highway, local shops and food spots with the added bonus of a little rural view out the back. Would definitely recommend ✨️

Definitely best place to stay for few nights at Auckland. The whole townhouse is an exactly clean and tidy space.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. My family and I wished we could stay longer at Amy’s place. We felt right at home the moment we entered the home. The home was a beautiful space and amenities were well thought out, some were unexpected such as heated bathroom floors. Easily one of the best places to stay. We appreciate Amy’s hospitality as she welcomed us personally.

Wow, what a great place to stay in Auckland! Glen was excellent with communication and proactive with recommendations and clear instructions! The space felt right at home. Great living space and kitchen, clean comfortable beds! And did I mention the Beautiful views! Wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again! Thank you Glen for a fantastic stay!

We stayed here for five nights and we loved every moment. Tony was a great host and did everything he could to accommodate our requests. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the view of the racecourse was even more impressive in person. The place was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The house is situated close to the city centre and other shopping areas in the suburbs. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby which we were able to drive to within 10-15 minutes or order delivery from on Uber eats. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again if we are back in Auckland!

We found having the park so close to walk our dog Jess helpful over our busy weekend in Auckland. She got some good doggy play time in, a break from sitting in the car on the way to social events.
