Located between Poitiers and Limoges in the town of Plaisance (4 km from the N147), come and enjoy our warm 90 m2 house, on one level, completely renovated, accommodating up to 6 people. The accommodation is located 14 km from Lussac-les-Châteaux, 14 km from Montmorillon, 24 km from Civaux and 45 km from Poitiers. In addition, it is in a quiet area, with a large wooded and fenced property with panoramic views of two ponds.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
