This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa was built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to unwind. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large seating area is a cozy place to stay. In the well-equipped kitchen you can turn any meal into a party. A separate playroom and TV room gives place to the children to relax after an active day.

Our cottage, completely renovated by us, is composed of 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen area and dining area. A relaxation area is at your disposal with its fireplace.

Enjoy this cozy industrial loft-style cottage with its many amenities: children's playroom, adult game room (billiards, darts, kicker), petanque court and sauna. It can accommodate mainly families or groups of friends with children up to 10 people (with the possibility of accommodating two additional people (bb beds)). Large groups, bachelor/hen parties and big parties are not allowed.
