Top hostess, very friendly! Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful region and everything very easily accessible. Huge amount of amenities from bbq to board games, ping pong table, trampoline, foosball,... Great location for all ages.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Hans-Harald has made a huge effort to provide modern facilities without altering the original character of the 15th century castle. Book the apartment for a truly unique experience in fairy tale castle. And no less important: Hans-Harald is a gracious host with great references on restaurants, wine tasting and local attractions.

We loved our stay at Rosita's place! It's a special place with a special history. Ideal to relax and unwind. The site has been very nicely restored, the guest rooms have all the comfort and have remained authentic. You need to go there to experience it! Rosita is a good hostess  very attentive and very flexible. Recommend! Merci Rosita!

We had a very nice good stay on the Moselle and with Karen. The accommodation was very easy to reach, parking enough in front of the door. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Accommodation was bigger than in the pictures, which was very positive. We had lots of space for everyone. Despite the small place there were many wineries. Nice little place. Definitely to come here for lovers of the Moselle wine.

The castle was amazing, we stayed in the Sequoia suite. This was large, beautiful decor, everything we could wish for. Plus a tower room! And the bed was at least 2.5 meters wide, fantastic! The castle is full of the nicest trinkets, there are so many original details to discover. Every day, Brigitte gave us a route map with tips in the region to supplement our own plans. Really very convenient, we have visited so many beautiful places. When we came back, play a game in one of the beautiful spaces of the castle. Followed by a delicious 3-course dinner from Brigitte. We even got 2 recipes, it was so delicious! We enjoyed the castle, the surroundings and the enormous hospitality of Brigitte. We would love to come back again! Brigitte thanks for everything!

Super nice location: a real castle domain with tennis court, pond where you can go boating and beautiful scenery! The stay itself is somewhat outdated, but for this price you will find everything you are looking for!

Cute castle in a great location with lots of space. Very large pool and tennis court. Beautiful barbecue and large tables for eating, both inside and outside. Bedroom nice, beds good. Kitchen was not quite clean, but the amenities were very good for the number of people. Lots of refrigerators, two dishwashers. This was very handy.

We stayed in studio two for four nights. Very nice space, high ceilings, balcony with beautiful views, lots of storage space and fine kitchen. It was quite fresh when we were there but every afternoon we sat among the open doors of the balcony out of the wind in the sun to have a glass of wine. The balcony is right west so the apartment is wonderfully light and you can see the beautiful sunset from your nice chair. Bed was also very comfortable and at night you didn't hear anything at all, very quiet. During the day you will hear the D1 at open doors, but we did not find that disturbing at all. The castle garden is also very beautiful and there are various seats you can take a beautiful route by bike to Metz, fine to do. Corinne and Jocelynn are incredibly nice and helpful hostesses. We'd love to come back. Merci!

Absolutely stunning and peaceful location! We where so relaxed during our stay here. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The grounds of the chateau are simply breathtaking! So much nature, wildlife, stunning flowers and its peaceful extremely quiet surroundings made this place very special. Our family loved our stay at the chateau and we were sad when our time was over here. Highly recommend!

We spent the holidays in Castel Bodeux and have had a very nice time. The house is located in a beautiful private park (where the manager also lives), overlooking the nearby hills. There is a tennis park + swimming pool (not used in winter) and nearby it is nice hiking and biking. The house itself is spacious enough for a large group (and warm!) Upon entering, there is a large connected dining room with bar on the right, on the left a sitting room, which turns into a pool room, a room with a foosball table, the sauna and finally the kitchen (which is much more spacious than the photos suggest). The bedrooms are different in size; some are large, others smaller, but the beds are fantastic and there are towels + bedding. With children, the rooms are a little noisy, but that's not strange for such a beautiful old house! One point: the cooking utensils (especially knives/cutlery) are a bit outdated. We love to cook with our group and especially missed good knives

This place is definitely worth it! Both hosts were super friendly and always helped. The highlight for us was the ping pong table in the church ruin and the zoo nearby. If we are back in the area we would come back! :)

We had such a lovely long weekend strolling the grounds and observing the peacock flock. The house itself was well-appointed and made us feel right at home. We met Mr Charles, the landlord, who was gracious enough to share some of the history of the chateau and that of the generations that inhabited it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, as well as recommend it to friends. Truly a special place. There is also a larger apartment available if you are traveling with more guests. Ideal accommodation for 10 people. Plenty of bedrooms and spacious living room. Wonderful region to go for a walk. Away from all the hustle and bustle, we completely relaxed here. Nature and silence on an impressive domain. Hostess and host were very helpful. Smoothly checked in at foreseen hour. Foreseen check out time of 10 am we didn't have to follow and were able to stay quietly until the eve.

We had a good time in Bad Honnef. The property is as described and has a special charm. Werner was super nice.

Bigger in person, an amazing stay!

It is a beatiful place, the view from the room over the Rhine- valley was wonderful. The people were friendly and helpfull. It is very quiet. You can make a nice evening walk from the castle. Recommended!

Everything worked as expected, location is unique and staying in a castle by itself is a once in a lifetime experience.

My wife and I were allowed to spend a few wonderful days at Hermannstein Castle – a place full of history, charm and tranquility. The atmosphere was unique and the authentic decor perfectly rounded off the experience. A very special thank you goes to Lee, who was by far one of the best hosts we have ever experienced. We had a fantastic weekend in a charming chateau. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, the service excellent and the whole ambience simply fabulous. I highly recommend this chateau!
