Family-friendly holiday rentals in Moschato

We were blown away by both Anna’s beautiful house and superb hospitality. We arrived at the Airbnb at around 2 AM and were greeted by Anna who made sure to give us a tour of the rooms and amenities and welcomed us with a taste of her homemade wine. She stocked the fridge with eggs, fruits, and beverages for us. Throughout our stay she was available to help us with any questions we had and even gifted us her homemade authentic Greek cuisine! Anna’s house itself was very clean, gorgeously decorated with her art, and spacious. From one of the rooms, you can catch a glimpse of the acropolis. We had a fantastic stay here, thank you so much Anna!

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

The place was large, spacious, clean, and safe. Great area with easy walk to pretty much everything. Theo was very responsive. The rules were not overwhelming and very reasonable. I think if you’re in Athens for a few days with more than 2 people this place is definitely it!

Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

Very responsive host and very cute place! The only negative was the parking space (we damaged the car🥲) which requires a lot of maneuvering. Otherwise nothing to say, thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Demetrius Sofos Palindrome of Wisdom, Ambassador of Hospitality In less than 24 hours, Demetrius transformed my stay from a weary arrival into a heartfelt homecoming. After a long journey on foot, he came to find me in the city—literally—so I wouldn’t have to navigate the last stretch alone. From that moment on, it was clear: this wasn’t just a host… this was a friend. We shared laughs as he drove me around town, pointing out coastal gems, bus lines, and even a local market where I grabbed dinner/drinks for just six euros. Back at the apartment, he helped me use the laundry facilities, brought a drying rack down personally, adjusted the oven for me, and even asked how my pizza turned out (frozen pizza in a convection oven = surprisingly amazing). He taught me to manage water and heat efficiently, and to tilt or open the balcony doors for airflow or a sea breeze. And when it came time to leave, he drove me directly to the cruise terminal, saving me at least €15

We stayed at Maria’s for about a week and enjoyed our stay! It was fairly close (7min) walk to the metro and one or two stops away from all of the attractions. Very peaceful and quiet location, with lots of space and nice balcony to enjoy a different view of Athens.

I had a wonderful stay at Souzanna’s apartment! They were very accomodating with my late check in time, and met me on arrival, where I was given the full house tour. I loved that they had music playing when I arrived so it already felt like home. The place is bigger than I expected, with interesting decorations all around the flat, there would be an item of interest for everyone to find. Very comfy couch. There were ear plugs provided which was helpful as it’s on street level. Would definitely stay here again!

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

The arrival in Athens to this area was eye-opening. We were on/near a busy street and there were restaurants down below. What was the surprise? No noise! We felt like we were home but with all the amenities outside we could walk to. Tried several of the nearby restaurants, walked to pharmacy and shopping. This place is so perfect I made a note to stay here again. And I never repeat a place! So excited to go back to be welcomed by Haidi’s perfectly clean, perfectly location apartment!

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Maria's apartment is small but nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located and with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was wonderful, because of the fine thin sheet we did not need the air conditioning (which was there). When showering, the holder of the shower head was broken. Maria arranged for this to be replaced the same day. She is also very friendly.

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Perfect location to experience the local scene, close to markets and local restaurants, all well within short walking distance. Home was really clean, no complaints, beds were comfortable and ample hot water. The area is some what dated since it appears to be 40 years old or so but that adds to the ambience of the area. Great food & drink all around and Uber really makes travel quick within the City.

I highly recommend Kostas's apartment . Kostas was answering quickly, the pool is great, not to far from the city. I will come back for sure.

The accomodation was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and stunning views. You do need a car as the accomodation is situated on a very steep hill and takes approximately 10 minutes to drive down to the main area where all the restaurants and shops are situated. Lots of lovely beaches near by as well.
