Logement spacieux décoré avec soin avec une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine tout équipée.. la chambre est une suite avec douche et un grand lit (160x200) . Il y a un jardin avec une petite terrasse privative ainsi qu’un parking privé.. Le chalet est proche des restaurants, des activités adaptées (pistes de ski et alpin, chemin de randonnée et VTT).. parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires.. AVORIAZ Passez des vacances de rêve dans cet appartement 2 pièces, fraichement rénové, chaleureux et très bien équipé pour 4 personnes. A 5 minutes à pied du centre de la station et de ses nombreux commerces, vous êtes au pied des pistes, à proximité de bars, de restaurants et des remontées mécaniques. Le logement se situe en face du téléphérique des Prodains, dans le bâtiment de l'ESF, idéal si vous venez avec des skieurs en herbe. Venez profiter d'un cadre magnifique. A très vite !

Cozy studio 5min from lift/center

We are renting our 30m2 flat in the center of Morzine, walking distance from everything. We made it very cozy so hopefully you love staying there while enjoying your time in the mountains. The convertible sofa has a 160cm mattress and is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and you can enjoy a sunny lunch on the balcony. It is very quiet and peaceful. Note: the TV only has French channels and there is no wifi. There is no microwave/oven. We speak French & English!

Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

The chalet is perfect for group trips. We were 9 people individually and everyone had their own bed which is a hard find in the alps! Every room has a lovely en-suite as well so felt very comfortable for everyone. It’s also a beautiful chalet with everything you need there. Great stay for us all.

The apartment is very well located for the super Morzine gondola (right above the bridge which takes you directly there). It’s also well located for shops, restaurants, etc. Ideally the kitchen would have a microwave but otherwise we found everything we needed. Lovely views from the balcony and excellent communication from Heather. Would recommend for anyone wanting to ski.
