Mansarda rustica in casa storica (cod. reg. 183)

Spazio unico e rilassante. La mansarda si trova direttamente sotto i vecchi travi del tetto di una storica casa ampezzana. Attenzione! L'ambiente è caratteristico e molto accogliente, ma la mansarda è bassa e non si riesce a stare in posizione eretta su tutta la superficie. Arredamento rustico ma molto ben curato, fino nei dettagli. Si trova al secondo piano, si accede quindi da una normale rampa di scale, per poi salire all'appartamento tramite una scaletta più ripida attraverso una botola.

Appartamento di 100 mq finemente arredato in stile ampezzano, molto luminoso al primo piano. Illuminata dal sole per prima la mattina, si trova a pochi passi dal complesso sciistico delle Tofane. Il centro si raggiunge con una rilassante passeggiata di 20 min oppure con l' autobus urbano, la cui fermata è dietro casa. Ampio parcheggio adiacente alla casa.

The location cannot be beat. The walking distance to restaurants and cafes and bars, and the driving distance to many beautiful hikes and spots was perfect. The stairs were a little rough, but once in the apartment, everything was lovely. Hot water, comfortable beds.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Levy, pur non essendo mai incontrato di persona, si faceva sentire attraverso l’ospitalità impeccabile della sua casa. Ogni dettaglio, dalla cura degli spazi ai preziosi consigli lasciati, rendeva il soggiorno speciale. La vacanza a Cortina è stata davvero bellissima, proprio grazie alla sua accoglienza discreta e attenta.

Zwei wundervolle Juniwochen in dieser Wohnung waren für uns ein echter Glücksfall. Regina ist eine Gastgeberin mit Herz – ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit sind kaum zu übertreffen. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft, ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bietet einen tollen Blick ins Tal. An kalten Tagen heizt Regina den Ofen ein und sorgt für wohlige Wärme. Das ursprüngliche Tal lädt zu herrlichen Wanderungen mit schönen Berghütten ein. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Emma’s apartment was the best one I have stayed in my trip to Italy. Very cosy and I felt right at home, so much so my friends and I had several meals at the apartment instead of heading to the restaurants in town. Emma was very easy to communicate with right from day 1. She also followed up with very clear instructions on how to find and access the apartment. If you are still not convinced about her hospitality, let me share what she did above and beyond. There was a landslide during my stay and some roads nearby were closed. She texted me personally to find out my journey for the next day to make sure I would avoid the road closures. What a sweet thing to do! Thank you for such a memorable stay, Emma!

Cesare's apartment is beautifully done and very comfortable. Its enough out of the mainstream of Cortina to be quart, yet close enough to be pretty convenient. The woodwork and craftsmanship in the apartment are classically eloquent. A fairly short walk into town or very short drive into town , where parking can be tricky. As in similar spaces throughout Europe , the shower is small and a bit of a tight fit, but the bathroom is well equipped . Cesare is quick to respond to questions about the space and is very helpful with advice for your stay in Cortina.He is an excellent host!

La casa di Isabella é una bomboniera, organizzata nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima (ad esempio, ci ha colpito quanto profumassero le coperte). La casa é attaccata alla funivia per il Faloria, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno comodissimo e perfetto. Anche per il centro ci vogliono cinque minuti a piedi, praticamente non abbiamo toccato la macchina per tutto il soggiorno, lasciandola nel posto auto sotto casa, comodo e ampio. Spero di tornare presto!
