The renovation and decoration were designed by an architect and interior designer, for comfort and convenience for guests. The neighborhood is known as a safe residential area, where it is possible to stay in a quiet environment and at the same time close, 2 km from the Pão de Açucar Cable Car Station and 4 km from Copacabana beach.

The loft is quiet, bright and airy. It is located on the Urca beach block, a short walk to Praia Vermelha and the Pão de Açúcar cable car. On the same sidewalk as the building, there is a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. A few meters away, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset at Mureta da Urca, on the edge of Guanabara Bay overlooking Christ the Redeemer. Ideal for 2 guests with comfort. Old building and very quiet. It has no elevator and guests must climb two flights of stairs.

Great apartment! Well located, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Front desk 24/7 with friendly staff. Easy access to various points. Ernesto is a very attentive host, responding promptly to messages and always willing to solve any problems. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, I recommend it!

Honestly completely loved Henry's place! Getting inside was a bit sketchy at first but very easy. Once inside, the place was fantastic, the views in person from the terrace was honestly amazing, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice! I'll be booking again for sure when back in Rio. The place inside was very clean. It is inside a pacified favela so seeing armed men is very common, I didn't mind at all as they mind their own business. I was walking back to the airbnb at 2-3am and never felt in danger( My girlfriend and I were dressed very nice, however, out of precaution, didn't have any jewelry displaying). I will say that if your not a fan of a little adventure, it might not be for you, in my opinion it was a great and fun experience and provided me with a completely different experience of Rio. Henry was also very accommodating and catered to our itinerary, we will absolutely be coming back! Thanks Henry and Yuri!

It's worth it just for the view, but it's much more than that. A safe place, at a comfortable distance to the main attractions of the south zone, within walking distance of Praia Vermelha, close to the Mureta da Urca for a sunset, but without noise. Besides, the apartment is beautiful, renovated. One or the other little thing needs maintenance, but nothing that gets in the way. We intend to return

The space is exactly as shown in the photos, simple but quite functional. The kitchen utensils and water purifier were a very nice differential. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, charming and has grocery stores, bakeries and a restaurant on the same sidewalk, all very practical. The only negative point was the cushions and the sofa cover that had a very strong smell of mold and the climbing ladder could be a safer model. It is a suggestion for improvement, but nothing that hinders the stay.

Carolina is a good business woman, but you are a great human being. She did everything to make sure that my stay was memorable. I will love to stay at her place again sometime soon.
