Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It's located in the center of iskele & Famagusta. (Mormenekse Village) Famagusta is 10 minute drive and iskele long beach is a 10 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute drive. It is close to a lot of history like a 5 minute drive to salamis ruins and st Barnabas. This house is family friendly with a spacious garden with olive trees and lemon trees which i will be watering a couple of times a week peacefully without disturbing you.

Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation in your cozy apartment. I liked everything...Magnificent sea view from the balcony, 5 minutes walk to the sea, supermarket nearby. Many thanks to Sergei for his help, it was always possible to consult and hear a hint where to go, what to see, where to eat. Very pleasant interlocutor. The apartment is very cozy, well and tastefully furnished, everything you need could be found in the cabinets. 17 days of vacation flew by quickly, Sergei periodically asked if everything was okay with me, suggested, told me. Thank you very much for your care and understanding. I advise all my acquaintances to visit Yeni Iskele and relax in a cozy apartment sea view

We stayed in the apartment for nine nights, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The apartment is also fully air conditioned. The shower has powerful water pressure. The boiler can be switched on using the switch with the red light outside of the bathroom. The water heats up quickly. The shared swimming pool outside was fantastic and large. The apartment grounds are lush, green and well-maintained with banana plants and flowers. The host responds quickly and is very friendly. If you are arriving late and need to collect the key from a neighbour, please ask the host to confirm which neighbour has the key beforehand. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Famagusta. The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning and an electric water heater, making my stay very convenient. The space was perfect, offering everything I needed. One of the highlights of my experience was the host. He was incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Whether it was local recommendations or ensuring my stay was comfortable, he went above and beyond. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Famagusta. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a very good location in Famagusta, there is a supermarket within 1-2 minutes walking distance. It is within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the Kale İçi region. There is almost no public transportation in the city. If you do not have a vehicle in this region, regardless of the house, you may have problems in general. It is very close to historical locations and beach areas, if any. There is everything you need inside the house. Kitchen utensils were extremely diverse and new. Every thing was all arranged so clean. It has a nice little balcony. We left the house satisfied.
