This adobe house is Easily Accessible, directly off State Hwy 518, located in Holman, New Mexico of the beautiful Mora Valley. House is (3 to 7 minutes) away from local restaurants & conveniently located within a short drive to great hunting, hiking, & skiing/snowboarding. (Just a 20 minute drive to Sipapu Ski & Summer Resort.) -3 bedrooms with (full beds) -separate room has (pull-out sofa bed) -fully equipped kitchen -full-bathroom includes a walk-in bathtub also a washer & dryer

Martha's Place

Quiet semi-secluded house in a rural area with beautiful scenery. Easily found off Highway 121 on County Road B011. The house has an attached apartment, blocked off from the house, that is used 1-2 times a week for 5-6 day hours. The deck can be used anytime when the apartment is not in use. The deck is not accessible to house. Central heating along with a wood stove (and a gas stove) and a fireplace with an insert in a good size living room. Wood included. Large area for parking.

Fire pit with wood. Spectacular mountain views and 10 farm acres to roam. Pets are OK but only small dogs inside. (kennel and/or fenced yard available for bigger dogs or ones that shed profusely). Designated parking space and room for RVs. High speed Wifi is available.

This little cabin is nestled in the pines with spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The roads are a little rough, but this will only assure you a quite and peaceful retreat away from crowded campgrounds and congested resort areas. If you are interested in hiking or exploring, this is the perfect place, or you can simply relax and enjoy some quite solitude on the mountain. Stay backstage at the Penasco Theater!

This artist retreat is mostly used a residency space for the Penasco Theater. When not being used for artists coming to use the theater, we rent it out for travelers and others to enjoy. Located in the same compound as the well loved Sugar Nymphs Bistro and the Penasco Theater Collective, this rustic rental is full of creative and rejuvenating energy. Your Air BB rental will help us subsidize more residencies for artists!

Ski Hunt Hike

Located on a ranch, this house provides all you need as a base for exploring your favorite country and rural activities. If you want to sit peacefully and listen to nature, or go and ski at the beautiful Angel Fire or Sipapu resorts (30 mins drive), hunt locally with guides in the area, explore and hike the quaint little town of Red River (1 hr drive), ice fish in Eagles Nest (45 min drive) this is a good base to have.
