Petite épicerie au centre du village et grande surface à 2,5 km. Bien agencé, doté d'un lit escamotable pour le confort d'une vraie literie. Draps et couette fournis, linge de maison non fournis. From the Ski Bus stop outside the front door, Lac Montriond only 5 minutes away and the added bonus of the Cave to store your skis, road or mountain bikes. You can be at the top of the mountain in as little as 10 minutes and enjoying a drink and dinner in Montriond centre in minutes. It’s the ideal place to ski, bike, hike or simply relax!

L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Brand new 1-bedroom appartment

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

Fantastic apartment, stayed here for 3 days with my son as we enjoyed the Avoriaz/Morzine area. We know the area well and this was the perfect pace to stay. Jonathan was excellent at communicating and making us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again

Great four days at Paul and Jennie’s. Lovely property and amazing surroundings. Both hosts were very helpful in providing recommendations and lifts as required. Lovely walk into Morzine for local amenities which took about 45 mins. Hot tub and sauna were a treat after a days hiking in the hills. Loved it! Thank you

Ce gîte est une véritable pépite. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer notre hôte en personne, mais notre communication via Airbnb a été fluide et efficace. Tout correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes ainsi qu’à la description du site. Le chalet, idéalement situé, offre un équipement complet et une vue magnifique. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont particulièrement fonctionnelles, tandis que le salon, avec son poêle à bois, dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse. La terrasse et les extérieurs sont également très agréables. Ses points forts ? Un espace parfaitement adapté pour six adultes, avec une literie de grande qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation ce lieu exceptionnel.
