Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montreal

Very nice house, interior and exterior, all close to all shops. Jean Philippe was very welcoming and introduced us to an annual event in Longueuil with great simplicity. We highly recommend

After a 14-hour drive, we chose to stay at this location for a single night. It was a relaxing and cozy place to rest. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with a group of friends. Everything was great. We had 2 cars and it was plenty of space. I'm not sure how close it was to transit. Took 20min to get into Montreal. One of us thought the bed was not comfy, but the rest are fine. Very spacious shared areas (living room, kitchen, etc).

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

Incredible place. Everything was pristine and the projector was a lot of fun to use as was the squeaky clean hot tub. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings as well as very comfy bed and excellent shower. Highly recommend.

Pierre-Michel has a lovely home. It was just what we needed for our family stay. Close enough to visit Montréal and then come relax outside of the city. The pool was a delight.

We stayed for one month in the house (November 2024)Frédérique and her dad are excellent hosts. Pros: We enjoyed the place. Quiet, incredibly beautiful the view, the space of the house inside and outside. Cleanliness of the place. Details to ensure the comfort of visitors. The essential basics of a house, everything was there. The fireplace. Laundry room. Pets allowed. Partial adaptation for one person in a wheelchair, that's great! Least: The average internet. Unique bathroom, no ventilation. The couch is uncomfortable. Some amenities would have to be renewed. These are present. In short, I would recommend this house. I would go back without hesitation. It's a beautiful place. Close to highway, restaurants and services. Thank you so much to our hosts.

We made the right choice for our family by staying in this charming home with an exceptional host. Our adult kids had their own bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony upstairs, and joined us in the comfortable living/dining room and patio downstairs. It was a short walk to an excellent bakery, organic grocery store, and many restaurants. We loved the local neighborhood feel, and encountered the most helpful people we have ever experienced in a big city. We walked to nearby parks. There were easy metro trips to the Old Port and Botanical Gardens with a world class Japanese Garden and an amazing Insectarium. Foreign visitors can feel lost without a hotel reception desk, but Eric was a text away. He is gracious and generous: The kitchen was very well stocked. A helpful list of recommended restaurants, places to visit, and two reusable metro cards were provided. Other amenities: A scale, umbrellas, grocery bags and more. We were well cared-for and would love to return to Eric’s apartment.

We really enjoyed Joe's place. It was a quick Uber ride from the Via Rail station and in a very walkable area. There's a great selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants, and it's in the perfect spot for sightseeing on foot. The apartment is just like the photos. It's a large one-bedroom with a comfortable couch and bed. The kitchen has everything you need. I'd definitely choose Joe's place for future trips to Montreal!

It deserves 5 stars — very secure and clean, with lots of space to spend time with family. I will go back again. I felt at home.

Beautiful home , very very clean , the host very nice, he was quick respond , we definitely would love to stay at this place again when we get to visit Canada. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to visit Montreal Canada.

The accommodation is extremely well located in relation to the Jean Talon market and the metro leading to the city center! It is spacious and has exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, amenities. However, be careful that it is not easy to access if you have trouble getting around because long stairs are waiting for you before arriving at the apartment. Tiffany is a very responsive host who has taken care to always make sure everything goes smoothly for us and we thank her! I recommend it +++

We spent a month's stay at Marie-Claude and Daniel's place. Photos don't represent the beauty and charm of this Airbnb!!! The ceilings are high and there is a nice large open area with a fireplace. We were two adults, two children and a baby and we were very comfortable and did not lack anything. When we arrived, the place was very clean and Marie-Claude had left small touches for us and the children. The mattresses in both bedrooms as well as the pillows are super comfortable. Kitchen is new and super functional. And what to say about the view of Lake St-Louis!!! OMG! The accommodation is located within walking distance of downtown Beauharnois, where there are plenty of good restaurants and charming little shops! Marie-Claude ensured our comfort throughout the stay and responded quickly to our needs when needed. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Apartment just as advertised. Very well equipped with towels, kitchen necessities, cleaning and laundry supplies, etc. A pleasant place for multiple family members or friends to share. We visited with our 1-year old baby and it wasn't too dangerous for him either. Note that the stairs to reach the walk up are rather steep. We would be delighted to stay again, especially since the neighborhood is great.

Perfect location for getting around and seeing all of Montréal! The building and neighborhood are lovely. There was a bit of road construction happening on the street below which made for some noisy mornings but that’s not anyone’s fault and it should be temporary. Overall, wonderful experience.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. Thank you for having us!
