The perfect location and the perfect host. Sitting drinking wine on the balcony whilst watching the world go by was a great highlight, recommended!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

这个温馨的民宿地理位置优越，位于一个安静的社区里，距离13号线地铁站仅五分钟步行路程，到达巴黎市中心只要二十多分钟，方便轻松前往巴黎市区的各大名胜和景点。民宿的装修风格独特，看得出房东花了很多心思精心布置房间，每处都配有独特的艺术品和装饰，散发着浓厚的生活气息。 房东热情好客，及时解答任何问题。我们在这里的每一刻都充满愉快，以后再来巴黎还会选择这儿！ Ce chaleureux logement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la station de métro ligne 13, permettant d'atteindre le centre de Paris en un peu plus de vingt minutes, ce qui facilite l'accès aux nombreuses attractions et sites touristiques de la ville. La décoration de ce logement est unique et on peut voir que le propriétaire a mis beaucoup de soin à aménager les chambres. Chaque endroit est orné d'œuvres d'art et de décorations uniques, ce qui dégage une forte ambiance de vie. Le propriétaire est chaleureux et accueillant, répondant rapidement à toutes les questions. Chaque moment passé ici a été rempli de joie, et si nous revenons à Paris, nous choisirons à nouveau cet endroit !

Studio mignon, arrangé avec goût , aux couleurs pastels, dans lequel on se sent bien. Françoise a été arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Malgré le rez-de-chaussée, les nuits furent calmes. Quartier et rue agréable.

This apartment is in the perfect location, on a pedestrian only street. You could spend days just exploring all Rue Daguerre has to offer. It is walk able to so many neighborhoods and one block to a Metro stop. There were boutiques, bakeries, chocolate shoppes, green grocers and wine and more. Jeanne is a kind host. She responded quickly to questions and offered us two fans before we even had to ask for one, and delivered them right away. The apartment is "lived in" so it felt a bit cluttered after a few days. But it is clean and had everything we needed for the week's stay. We would love to return some day.

Una semana en París, una ciudad preciosa. El apartamento esta limpio, es cómodo y tiene de todo para pasar una buena estancia. El barrio es encantador, hay de todo en los alrededores. Muchos bares y restaurantes, puede ser ruidoso para dormir con las ventanas abiertas en verano. Muy facil moverse en transporte público, metro, autobus, tren, etc. Hemos disfrutado de París, el barrio, y el apartamento.

Tiny but cute and functional studio, and Marion is very nice and responsive! The location is hard to beat. Ideal for a short stay if you want to be in the Latin Quarter or within walking distance to St Germain. I recommend!

This apartment is spectacular, views are unreal and you won’t want to leave the roof deck. Walkable to many wonderful restaurants and cafes. Paul was a perfect host, would recommend this stay to anyone.

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Wunderbare Wohnung mit einem süssen kleinen Balkon. Die Lage war perfekt! wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und Alex war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. Gracias Vicent por tu hospitalidad

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
