A perfect accommodation in a pleasant, peaceful and quiet setting. The summer kitchen as well as the house kitchen were very well equipped. Bocce ball court, heated swimming pool with many deckchairs, ping pong table, foosball, everything is well thought out for vacationers. Stephane and his wife are responsive, welcoming and warm.

We had a very nice stay. The view from the apartment was even better than on the pictures, the hot tub was a nice extra, the hosts were very friendly and being able to get breakfast in the morning was a good benefit. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely recommend Fred's place for longer stays.

Very nice cottage, spacious and very well equipped. The environment is quiet, and the view from the infinity pool is simply magnificent! If, like us, you are looking for a place for a seminar of about fifteen people, I highly recommend it!

An incredible stay. Beyond our expectations! Despite the lack of a Jacuzzi (we knew it when we arrived), we had a great stay. with a 3 and a half year old child, the place was suitable. Sublime house, quiet and everything was clean.

Our stay was most enjoyable, we were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi in a period of high heat. The environment is superb, quiet and perfectly located to visit the surroundings. We had a great stay at Claire, Thierry and Stella's (their dog). Their kindness, their welcome and the idyllic setting of their home won us over. We'll come back to that, that's for sure!

A fabulous few days spent relaxing with friends in a comfortable well appointed house. It had everything we needed - big table to eat at , plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, chilled courtyard space with options to be out , in or halfway. V close to the shop and bistro. The trains weren’t running but easy driving to Carcassonne and Limoux. Thanks again Olivier.

Beautiful home in a quiet and soothing environment, in the middle of nature, with only close neighbors, pretty donkeys, adorable sheep. We were greeted with a smile, and very pleasant kindness. Our host was attentive and our arrival well prepared. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, very well thought out. It's suitable for a large family as well as a large group of friends. The rooms are very spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom. Everything is nicely decorated. We had a lovely evening in front of the chiminee. We also appreciated the ecological approach to managing the property We recommend the place to lovers of nature and calm.

Amazing place and surroundings! James was so kind to explain the history of the place, and I could definitely feel and smell it. The house is beautifully maintained to transport you back in time, from the living room to the squeaky staircase, and the decor blends old and new seamlessly, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. I will definitely miss the owl at night, Jodie being so friendly and giving us many tips and recommendations on what to visit, James explaining the history and his love for plants and this place, the amazing coffee served by his brother, and the lovely conversations with the sister-in-law. If we could find a downside, it would be the lack of pantry and cooking aids. However, we adapted to what we had and enjoyed our stay to the maximum. A fantastic week at this lovely property. The house was really well equipped and was beautifully furnished. The hosts were really quick to respond when we had an issue with the cooker and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The view from the house was amazing and the pool was very much appreciated in the summer heat. We can't wait to return
